Hardcore Rotations

These rotations are comprised of Hardcore workouts only. After awhile, I will post some rotations incorporating older Cathe workouts, but for now I want to focus on the new series and see what it can do for me. Feel free to do any of the weeks I’ve listed once and then move onto the next week’s workouts or stick with one week’s workouts for a month if you like. (Some weeks, you’ll notice are more cardio-based and some are more weight work oriented). Enjoy.

Thanks for doing this. I especially like it because I don't have to modify to have Friday off, which is always my off day!
 
Yes, I meant Gym Style Legs - good catch! I think it should be called Leg Max as I was fried after this one! No need to wait for DOMS - I felt it immediately! Sorry for the error.
 
Thanks Ms. Jillybean. We've all been wanting a HC rotation. This will definitely get us in the groove of the new workouts.

There are timesaver premixes on each of the Gym Style workouts. Basically, they omit the third set on most exercises. I did Timesaver Chest and Tris on Sunday and becuase most exercises were limited to two sets, I could go quite heavy. I stretch thoroughly and was still sore on Monday!

Also - where it says "Leg Max" - that means "Gym Style Legs". Sorry, I had 'Max' on the brain!

Here's a Hardcore rotation I made using the Muscle & Fitness Her's Look Great in 8 program (loosely ;) ) I go to the gym three times a week but the Hardcore Gym Style workouts could easily be subbed for those days:


Circuit:
Sunday – Gym Legs + Cardio
Monday – Gym Shoulders/Bi/Tri + Cardio
Tuesday – Low Max + GST Legs premix
Wednesday – High Step Challenge + Cardio
Thursday – Imax 3 + Muscle Max Leg premix
Friday – High Step Challenge + Cardio
Saturday – Gym Legs + Kick Max premix


Heavy:
Sunday – Gym Chest/Back + GST Legs premix
Monday – Gym Shoulders/Bi/Tri + Imax3 premix
Tuesday – GST Legs + Cardio – (100 minutes)
Wednesday – GST Back/Shoulders/Biceps + Cardio
Thursday – GST Chest/Triceps + Muscle Max legs premix
Friday – Low Max
Saturday – Gym Legs + Cardio


High Rep:
Sunday – Gym Chest/Back + Cardio
Monday – Gym Shoulders/Bi/Tri + GST Legs premix
Tuesday - Extreme Hi/Low Interval Premix
Wednesday - Muscle Max + Cardio
Thursday - Low Max + GST Legs premix
Friday - Muscle Max + Cardio
Saturday – Gym Legs + Cardio


Super Sets:
Sunday – Gym Chest/Back + Cardio
Monday – Gym Shoulders/Bi/Tri + Muscle Max legs premix
