Hi Everybody! Ten Hut!:7
I did an interval run on the treadmill. I followed along with Imax 3. So, when the blasts came I cranked up the speed on the treadmill and then back done to running for the step portions. I've done this before, but not the entire video though. Whew! Good idea Marietta!
I did the warm down on the video, and then the 200 walking lunges. This time with no weights. I have done them before with 3 and 5# weights, Lora.
Diane Sue ~ are you counting down the days? How exciting? I'm sure we won't be hearing from you then! :7 What a great work out yesterday for you.
Marietta ~ I've decided to add the BM, jumping jacks, etc. at the end of the rotation.
Beverly ~ Way to go, diving right into BCx2! OK, you've done it and Pinky, so it can be done. If I don't check in next Tuesday, you may need to call 911 for me! ;-)
Nicole ~ I got that book today. I can't wait to read a little bit tonight. My DS (2) and I ran errands this AM and went to lunch at Einstein bagels. That was so much fun and he really enjoys the one on one. While purchasing the book, however he was running all over the store! Thank goodness the guy in front of me saved my spot. Oh yeah, those walking lunges weren't so bad. I think doing them during the month of July really helped!

Sabrina ~ My DD and I were looking at the road trip pictures (I was looking for those blue pants you told me about....cute!) last night. We saw your levitation hold. Guess what, she's said, "I can do that." and she did! So, what's your secret. My DD was so cute when she was trying to explain it to me. I can get off the floor, but I can't hold it long!x( You go girl!
