Hardcore Rotation Checkin Thursday June 9

Good Morning Everyone,
This morning was PLB and Coremax 2. I understand the concept of Pyramids, but I'm not sure I like the workout. I spent too much time taking weight off and putting it back on. Maybe I'll get used to it. I think I like Legs & Glutes better. I still haven't done Leaner Legs yet, so I'll have to pick my favorite after the week we do Leaner Legs.

Have great workouts everyone. No report on my foot. I'm pretty sure the x-ray was normal.

Lora...you'll get used to PLB. I look forward to changing the weights because it means I get to rest!! I have Legs and Glutes and can't wait to do it as I haven't had a chance to yet...I haven't had it very long.

I did PLB this morning as well. I have a class to teach this evening. I'll probably do cardio for 1/2 the class and then switch to weights for the remainder of the class...we'll see.

Hi guys,

Today I did PS CST then GS C&T, Timesaver. Since I felt so good, I did CTX kickbox.
I'll tell you, I'm generally not a good kickboxer, but today my kicks were stronger and harder then ever before! My front kicks went over my head (I'm usually parallel to the floor). It's great having so much energy I've been having lately.
 
Hi Everyone :)

Today I have Pure Strength legs and abs. I have not done this one before so I will have to do a little preview. Then I have stretchmax 2. I did some walkingmax earlier when I went to the mall.

I managed 15 minutes of my run yesterday instead of the whole 30. I did do a mile is those 15 minutes and that is pretty good for me since I don't run often. I also did Slow & Heavy shoulders.

hello...better late than never! LOL...
today's workout: day 4 of week 2 of June rotation. It called for pure strength lean legs and I dont' have it. I did a 30min step aerobic class at the fitness center and this afternoon I did a 30 walk/run workout.

Tomorrow is slow/heavy bis and tris plus cardio kicks. I think cardio kicks is scratch...I may do step,kick and punch instead. We'll see!

Hi everyone,
I did Low Max, May rotation triceps with some additions on the Bowflex. then Stretch Max #1.

Gloria I had a scratch on my Power Hour dvd that made it skip whole chapters. I sent it to rubberdisc.com and it works like new now.
