Hardcore Rotation Checkin Sunday Sept 4

Morning Everyone -
This morning I did TLP Core Foundations followed by Yoga Booty Ballet Live Hip Hop Abs and 20 minutes on the bike.

What's everyone doing for rotations this month?

Hi Lora-Gee I wonder where everyone else is this weekend. Hopefully having some fun. I know Dalls was going to try and take it easy since the family has been sick.

Today I will be starting a new rotation that Charlotte puttogether for me. It is good and tough like cathes bootcamp rotation was. If you want a copy I can e-mail it to you.

Hello,

I'm going to take today off.

We're getting ready to meet some friends out on the lake, so I'm packing the cooler and getting stuff ready on our boat.

My DH has been using a jackhammer to get up our front steps and sidewalk. What a mess! But, we will have some real pretty stone put in to replace it.

Hi Ladies!!

Did the first 30 minutes step works. I am going to do the September rotation. I started today since I will have to take Saturday off to get DH from the airport. I only got the first 30 minutes in since my sons would not stay out of the way and I got fed up. Made them go for a good 45 minute bike ride though. LOL! I will have to post the distance later since I will have to drive it and find out.

I have been out enjoying my Avalanche this weekend so I have not posted. Sorry!

I did get a bike ride and a 1 mile run with the family Friday evening. My oldest is getting better with his mile run. We will have to keep working on it. I need the work too!! LOL!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend!!

Hello Everyone,
Today I am going to do one of my S&H dvds!! I think I am leaving to see my sister Wed. so I want to get in wts for the week since I know I prob. will not be working out!! Although she did buy a 5000 dollar treadmill about 6 months ago that she did not use?????. (before she got sick I was *ALWAYS* hounding her!! Have you been walking on your treadmill???? So I will take my stuff just in case.

Terri I would love to see a copy of Charlottes rotation!! She's looks amazing and always gives such good advice!!

Below is the rotation of charlottes. Lora, charlotte is toastythemosty!
remember this is the hard version there is another one and I am sure she would send it to you or I can e-mail it to you. This one is pretty tough so if either of you want the other version let me know or ask charlotte.

Sunday: KPC, plus 200 walking lunges w/15lbs. Run 5 miles too

Monday: PUB and Abhits

Tuesday: Imax 2 plus 200 jumping jacks (non stop) and 50 pushups

Weds: 1 hour of power walking and SJP

Thursday: CoreMax (all 3) and MIS

Friday: Push/Pull and run 5 miles

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Low Max extended version, baby! Kickmax too!

Monday: PUB and Abhits

Tuesday: Five for Five day: 500 walking lunges, walk 5 miles, 50 jumping jacks, 50 pushups, 500 crunches and 50 dips

Weds: Rest!

Thursday: PLB and Core Max (all 3)

Friday: HSC and SS

Saturday: Rythmic Step and Gymstyle Legs

Sunday: MIS twice plus 200 sit ups

Monday: Rest!

Tueday: HSTA plus run 7 miles

Weds: Gymstyle upperbody day: bi/tri's/chest/shoulders and 10 planks at 3 mins each. DO THEM!

Thursday: L/G and run 3 miles

Friday: Step Blast and Push/Pull

Saturday: Hardcore Extreme and 1000 crunches from all angles

Sunday: PUB and SS (upperbody only)

Monday: Rest!

Tuesday: Run 10 miles

Weds: Imax 2 and CoreMax (all 3)

Thursday: KPC and KickMax

Friday: HSTA and MIC

Saturday: 3 for three day: Run 3 miles, 300 walking lunges, 300 jumping jacks and 300 crunches from all angles
