Hi Everyone,

This morning I did Slow & Heavy Triceps, Legs and Glutes and Cardio only portion of Bootcamp plus 20 minutes of my AM Kundalini Yoga routine. I'm getting better at Legs & Glutes, but there are a couple things I can't do. I can't do all of those glute/leg raises off of the step and those power lunges .....I was toast by that point. I was really too toasty to attempt aerobics after Legs & Glutes, but I'm feeling fat.......so I did it.

Well yesterday spent the day at the ball diamond so I decided to use that as my rest day. So AGAIN I am swapping yesterday for today:7

Hi guys!

Today was SJP. The 85 minute premix. I loved it! Step from SB and wights from SJP then hi/lo.
More than half way through, my arches hurt bad...oh no! My biggest fear is PF coming back. I lowered my step and took it easy on the hi/lo then iced them.
Went over to some friends for dinner... had drinks and mashed potatoes.. oh my.. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
Tomorrow is PS day. I just went and cued up my tapes (these are my only VHS left).

HI everyone,
Today was a rest day for me. Yesterday, Saturday I did Kick Max, and GS calves and floor work with the stretch. I am going to work on losing a little body fat, by changing up my diet a little, if possible with all of the family activity. I have been still allowing a little sugar and a little more fat than I think I need.

I didn't think I would be kept so busy with dh gone. I guess family is looking out for me. Last night One daughter and her husband came over and played games till late. Today was church with family and a birthday party for my grand daughter. Next weekend is already pretty full.
