Hi everyone,
It has been a busy week for me and looks like this next week will be too. My children have been over every evening working on our fence or helping with other tasks. This becomes a family affair. Everyone comes over, grandchildren as well. Then we all make dinner. When done we play games and chat so I have had a hard time getting on here except to talk to dh. Anyway I will try to fill you in
Mon.Cardio coach2 w/ the jump rope on the challenges and KPc High Intensity Cardio, MM upper & stretch
Tues. I Max 2 Blast mania, followed by I Ma 3, Cathes MM Lower, Pyramid Lower starting with the dead lifts ending with the floorwork, Abs with the med ball and weights
Wed. Rhythmic step, Bowflex & free weights Chest & Triceps I am doing 5 sets of 10 on each exercise here
Thurs. Cardio Coach 3 Bowflex and jump rope for the challenges, Circuit Max Cardio only, Core Max tough core, Barbell rollouts 5 sets, kneeling crunches with the BOw flex 5sets, wood chops with a weight 5 sets all 20 reps
Fri. CTX Power Circuit w/u & cardio, Body Max cardio and circuits,GS legs, calves and floor work with the stretch.
Saturday was HSch w/u & cardio, Cardio coach # 4 using the Bowflex, and challenges doing the jump rope and high intensity step moves ie. Power 30's, step tap fast repeaters, anything to get me past where I usually go. I finished off with Shoulders 5 sets each Bowflex front raises, side laterals, and rear flys, then abs doing Bowflex resisted crunches, Med ball reverse crunches and wood chops with weight off of a ball, 20 reps 5 sets each. I finished off with HSch abs/core with some resistance and the stretch.
Today was a rest day.
Sorry so long. Cathe's next rotation looks good and I printed it, but I am not sure if I will get into it till after Sept.. Not sure what I will do. How late I am up and what is going on leaves me to figure it out when I start. I will see DH soon and may be gone for a few weeks. I really do enjoy our checkins and read them often.
