Hardcore Rotation Checkin Saturday March 26

Mornin Ladies - I'm on my rest day today. I did a segment of Stretch Max. I'm having a hard time taking a rest day today. I feel like I want to workout, but I won't. I don't want to get injured or overtrained. I'm going to Vegas in a few weeks. I had oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. Dinner will be salad and lunch will be Movie Popcorn (minus the butter). Snacks will be fruit and almonds.

Have a great day everyone. I think I'm going to do one more week of the FLR and see if I can lose any weight. So far, I've stayed the same, however, I was already working out at a steady pace of 6 days a week prior to starting the rotation and I only need to lose about 5 pounds, so I wasn't expecting miracles in this first month. Maybe after a few months of Cathe's rotations, I'll see some definition, etc....which is basically what I want. I think I'm relatively in my weight range, just need to lean out my legs, add definition to my body and flatten tha middle age spread!! LOL!
 
Good morning ladies , I decided to do Low Max This Am . Just didnt feel like busting out Hardcore extreme . Monday a New rotaion, Havent decided yet . I Lost 2" around my waist . Havent Lost a pound , But seeing changes in the mirror.... I'm excited . Anyhow have great days . Off to the town Easter Egg Hunt :) :)

I will do Stretch Max with the ball this am. We did not go camping for our anniversary because it is 90% chance of rain this afternoon lasting into tomorrow. So we are going out to dinner. It is great when you see the results in the mirror and with measurements. That is the best way to tell what progress you are making. Keep of the hard work.

I'm back from my rest week. I had planned to check in anyway, but I needed a break from the forums as well;-).

Thurs-Low Max
Fri-Muscle Max
Today-IMAX 3 and Stretch Max with band.

I will go back to a gym style based rotation as I was having good results with this.

Hi Everybody ~
2 Core and 1 Stretch are on the rotation today but I skipped 'em. Had to take my JRT to the vet to get her sutures removed, had a ton of shopping to do for the holiday and my mom's b'day and usual weekly chores. I'm trying not to feel too guilty about not firing up the dvd player. Feeling significant DOMS on the inner thighs from KM yesterday and probably the plie squats I grunted thru on Thursday (yay!). Hope you all have a happy Easter. Take care.

I did the Viper today, I like that workout. I rested yesterday. Tomorrow I will begin a new rotation. I lost about 4 pounds during the four weeks of FLR but I can see the results in the mirror. I will try a new rotation that next week:

Mon HSC
Tue KPC
Wed BootCamp
Thu Imax 2
Fri Gauntlet
Sat off
Sun Imax 3
 
Hi everyone,

We went to Red Lobster but the food we ordered was so rich that we both have stomach aches. We love those bisquits, although we only had two, well... we just have to do this kind of eating on rare occassions. See...when you eat right most of the time, your body rebels when you are bad. LOL

Fri was Hardcore Extreme #2

Today I did High Step Challenge and I just got through doing Super Sets from Body Blast.

Nicole, did you survive Hardcore Extreme? I have to stop and walk around a bit before I do the section with the airborne jacks and the tuck jumps. That is when I start screaming at Cathe for putting in all those jumping jacks. LOL I do feel I am getting more of my endurance back as I could go longer without having to walk around my room. FINALLY!!!

Diane Sue....HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU AND BILL. Looks like we share an anniversary month (close to the same date) and we also share a birthday month. We have the same haircut, the same color, if only I could say my arms and abs look like yours. ;-)

Bev, if you see this...I send you a big hug. :) Sorry to hear about your dad.

Tomorrow is Kickmax day. When I can go all the way through this workout including those conditioning drills and it not make my legs sore as I am doing them....then I will think I am getting somewhere. As is is, I have to rest and walk around a bit before I move on to the other leg in the first two sections of those leg drills.

Kim, you and I need to keep in touch regarding our progress with Kickmax. By summer we should have strong conditioned legs..you suppose? :)
