Today is my scheduled rest day, but I did 25-30 minutes of aerobics on the bike....got my heartrate up to 153 (was surprised at this) and then did StretchMax 2 on the Ball. I really enjoyed StretchMax on the ball. I haven't had time to do the flexibility workouts this month except for on my rest day. I used to do 3 a week, but since doing Cathe, I don't have time.
