Hardcore Rotation Checkin Monday May 9

Morning Everyone,

Today was Slow & Heavy Back, 1/2 hour of Hardcore Extreme (Imax3 & Lowmax) and CoreMax - Balanced Core. My legs & glutes are really feeling yesterday's BB Legs & Glute DVD.

Again, I didn't check in over the weekend. I'm not even sure if I did on Friday or not....

Friday I did HSC.

Saturday I did Kickboxing with Janis Saffrell and Guillermo Gomez. I rented it from Netflix. Very easy, even using hand weights. Nobody beats Cathe.

Sunday (hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day!) I did LL.

This morning was MIS and BM step portion.

I'll check back later. Anyone here going on the roadtrip?:D

Hi everyone,
Sunday was a rest day. I pigged out on chinese food for mother's day. I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. Today I did I max 3, GS chest & triceps using the bowflex for everything but the pushups,then CM tough core & bowflex abs w/ resistance.

This morning I did GS Chest! I plan on doing 30-45 min. of cardio this afternoon or tonight???

Diane Sue you are making me hungry for chinese :7 I have not had that is a LONG time.

Kim.... No I do not plan on going on the road trip. I would like to though. It sounds like a lot of FUN!!

Lora are you doing a S&H rotation??? I love that series! I find it rather relaxing (when I don't have any interruptions that is:7 )

Nicole - I'm doing Cathe's May Rotation - One Body Part a Day but I'm using the Slow & Heavy DVD for the weight lifting since I don't do well without following a DVD. This is what Cathe suggested when I asked what DVD I could follow.
 
Hi Everyone!

Well the theme of my morning was "Catch Me, I'm Falling". I fell down 7 stairs this AM mainly on my upper back & shoulders (overshot the the first step and it was all downhill from there!). I feel like I got pummelled on my upper back and left shoulder but I'll survive!

Anyway, still managed to do MM after work. Another example of how staying strong and healthy pays off!
