Hardcore Rotation Checkin - Monday 3/28

Morning Everyone -

I did LowMax this morning and the StretchMax segment with the band. My low back is feeling it from all of that high impact on the floor yesterday. I think I may be feeling a little overtrained, so I think I may try out some of my Fitprime this week. I'll see how I feel after this wonderful Monday at work.

Breakfast is yogurt and shredded wheats. Lunch will be salad with fruit for snacks.

ETA: Hey WD & Run-4-fun - I checked out your pics and you both look great. I'd take advice from you 2 anytime. WD - you look so young. You're an inspiration to me....I'm 45 and hoping to look as good as you when I'm 52!
 
Morning everyone

HSC for me this morning (minus the decline push-ups - just can't do them:-( )

Despite being a little naughty over the holiday (wine and the odd food treat) - I've actually managed to get down to my lowest weight yet and the new clothes I had to buy (cos everything was too big) are now getting loose (bummer, eh?):) :) :)

Back to work for me tomorrow which means 5:15am workouts again :(

Greetings to all Hard Core challengers!
I have left the fat loss rotation and will do gym style workouts for one week w/ only 3-4 cardios. I have 3 tennis matches this week also. Core Max & Stretch Max will be added in. Next week I am off on vacation!

Last week I cleaned up my eating for about 5 of seven days. Perhaps I can do even better this week. LOL Even with only 5 of 7 good days my clothes felt better!

I am done with the ME rotation and am moving over to the Fat Loss rotation, with some tweaks on my own, until Cathe comes up with April's rotation.
Today was Imax 3, but I did that one on Saturday so today I did Lowmax and ab hits. That Lowmax really kicks my booty!

Oh, I will also add I saw good results from the ME rotation. I have increased definition and lower body fat, as well as noticeable accomplishments, ie I am now able to do all of the drop set push ups in TC on my toes, I am modifying only one segment of Imax 3, can do levitations most of the time, etc. The bottom line is that I can see and feel results!

Hi All, This morning I did GSC&T. I'm planning to run tonight after work. Depening what April's rotation is, I might continue with the Strength one I'm currently doing.

I am doing my own version on the FLR, I did C&W last night, and Imax 2 this morning. The intensity series is a lot of fun, I will mix the hardcores with the Intensity series this week.

Good Morning . I started Hardcore Strength Rotation this am . I did GS Chest and Tri s .It was the first time for me !:) Hoping to do some Cardio later today ... Say is that ok after a workout like GS Chest and Tri s or do I have to rest ?? Thanks :) :) :)
 
I think you should be fine as long as you don't do any weightwork involving the Triceps and chest. I will combine cardio with any of the GS workouts if I have the time. Happy Cardio!
 
I did I Max 3 and Gym Style BSB,& Coremax #2&#3. I have a new rotation written up I am going to try this week. More upper body work this time around. I am on week 7. I did well on clean eating when I went out for dinner Saturday. Steak, burgundy mushrooms instead of potato and salad with a vinegrette. Easter was not quite so good. I guess that would be more my cheat day.

It sounds like you are all making good progress. Good luck to all of you starting the Strength and GS workouts.

Lora maybe a week of Fit Prime would be just what you need. Or maybe just stick with lower impact and a little less cardio for the week. BTW thanks for the compliment:)

Hi Ladies I Did Low Max While the kids napped today .Trying to make up for all those Chocolates yesturday.It felt great !!! Back on track Again:) :) :)
 
Hi Everybody~

Here I am...just under the wire! (Stayed up too late last night watching Grey's Anatomy...it was good...but not conducive to a 4AM workout!) AnyWHO, just finished MM (I'm doing Week 3 of the ME Rotation). My diet's been good...except for the (4) dark chocolate Dove Promises I scarfed after my very healthy lunch...(whatta dummy!) So I dwelled on them while I was grinding out "abs"! That'll teach me! Have a great night everyone! Keep up the good work!! You are all inspirations!

Hi Ladies,

It was a 6.2 mile run for me today. I planned on doing the leg drills in kick max also, but I was just to tired. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about everything and did not get much sleep.

I am doing my made up Muscle Endurance rotation using the Hardcore series. I am going to do Muscle Max twice this week. I did HSC and would like to get in kick max and coremax. Of course my usual 30-40 miles of running with that.

Everyone is doing great with there workouts..
