Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Slim Series Tone It Up followed by 20 minutes of cardio - 10 Minute Solutions Carb Burner mostly on the rebounder. I also did Cathe's stretch from Cardio & Weights.
Nicole - My legs are feeling sore today. My triceps are sore also. Other than that, I can't really feel much due to my neck, shoulder and upper back pain. Tomorrow's one of my rest days (on my schedule) but I think I'm going to do cardio.
Have great workouts everyone. I probably won't be able to check in until late tonight when I get home, as I start my new job this morning. It would have to be raining this morning. I'm a nervous wreck. I hate starting new jobs!
