This morning I only had time for HSC premix, as I have to work the early shift due to a doctor appointment. I used the rebounder to modify the jumping for my foot.

ETA: I need opinions from everyone please. I'm not going to be able to do the upper body Gym Style work on the rotation for Saturday, as I'll on my way to Vegas. I did HSC premix today due to time constraints. Do you ladies think it would be okay to do Bootcamp tomorrow and then SJP premix on Friday? Is this too much weight work over 3 days? I want to make sure I get in enough cardio this week also...that's why I was choosing the circuit styles for the rest of the week. Or I can do Bootcamp tomorrow and Muscle Endurance Premix on Friday.
