Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Tuesday June 28

Hi everyone,
This morning was supposed to be Step Heat, but I did Step Fit as I don't have Step Heat. My foot seems to be flaring up a bit .....always does on Monday cuz I'm on it so much at work. Also, I think the 2 longer aerobic sessions may have strained it a bit. The kickboxing and today's workoout, as none of it was on the rebounder. I'll be glad when this finallly heals.

Also - since I never did StepFit, I kept ending up on the wrong foot. Nobody here to see me so I really didn't care!

Hello!

This morning I did Step Blast...this was my first time doing that workout and boy was it interesting. The choreography on this one is tricky, but I'm sure I'll have it down in no time. I have a step class to teach this afternoon. Don't think I'll be doing anything at lunch today.

I have some DOMS from yesterdays workout (MIS)...I didn't think I had done that much...but obviously I did.

Lora...hope your foot gets better. I know you're ready.

Hi Ladies,

Today I plan to do Muscle Max for the first time. Yesterday's workout was pretty short but I was trying to get the house straightened up some before our 4th of July party. I have some more cleaning to get done today too. Yuck! Never ending.

Lora-hope your foot gets better soon.

Marietta-I imagine you will get the steps down in no time too especially since you teach step. When you do will you teach me? I have a hard time with the step DVD's.x(

Hey you guys!

Here I am. I've been on the go a lot so I haven't made the time to check in. I was following this months rotation, but I've had to cut some w/o's short over the weekend. After CTX Bis and Tris, I was setting my step up for 10-10-10, and a friend called and asked me to the beach. Yippee! So, I skipped that cardio. Sunday was MIS, skipped the Bis and Tris, oh and abs.

Yesterday, I took off. I had a very early appointment and I can only w/o in the morning.

Today I should have done BM, didn't feel like it, so I did HSTA and CM#1.

I hope Cathe puts out a July rotation. I know she's soooo busy planning the road trip. I cancelled, but still the emails of what's going on. She is really going all out for this event! If she doesn't I'll do a HC strength one.

Sounds like everyone else is doing well. I hope your foot heals lora.

If Cathe doesn't post a July rotation, I'm gonna do a Hardcore one.....probably 2 weeks of endurance or strength and 2 weeks of fatloss.

Hi again ladies,

I thought I would post an extra to my workout for the day. We are taking the boys swimming this evening. It is so hot and nasty here. The water will be a welcome! :)

Todays workout was Bowflex rowing and jump rope intervals using cardio coach, then C&W Cardio compound with Back & Biceps portions, then Back and Biceps using free weights and the Bowflex, SM #2
