Good Morning Ladies -
This morning my rotation called for Step Workout of choice. I love Imax 3's combos and music so I did 40 minutes of Imax 3 followed by my new Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickbox. I modified jumps and impact on the rebounder for my foot. It took me forever to learn it (Imax), but I've finally got it almost all the way thru! Yay!
I finally slept last night but I only got 4.5 hours, but at least it was pretty much solid sleep.
Do you ladies think it's okay to do 4 interval cardio workouts in 1 week if 2 were longer 40-60 and 2 were only 20-30 minutes?
Terri - I hope your court stuff goes okay. That stuff is stressful and upsetting.
Susan - Sorry your hubby is not helping out enough. That sucks.
Hi to everyone else and I hope I can check in from work today. Work has been extremely busy this week and, of course, my favorite person is back from vacation, my boss!!

ETA: The Jillian DVD is only 25 minutes. Very short for cardio and I'm not sure about getting your heartrate up cuz mine was already elevated from Imax 3, but it did start dropping towards the end of the workout. I expected more from a black belt in karate that tells you to do cardio at 85% of your MHR! It doesn't have any combos and is more athletic with some repetition. It's okay for days you don't want to think though. You'd probably need to do it twice to get a decent workout.
