Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Thursday June 30

Morning Everyone,

This morning I did 45 minutes of Hardcore Extreme #3 which I never did before and it was good. I liked it. It was parts of Imax 3 and parts of Kickmax (blasts mostly). I did this workout since I don't run and today's rotation called for an interval run. I did a lot of the impact on the floor versus the rebounder to see how my back and foot handled it today. I did some of the jumps on the rebounder though. It is very humid here and I had a difficult time breathing this morning (I have asthma).

It's like Friday for me, as I'm off tomorrow and Monday....YAY!! Long Weekend for me.

Hey Guys!

I did a intervals on my treadmill for 45+ minutes. It felt good and the time flew!! I love when that happens. I was watching SJP while I was running. I've never done that workout before but it looks fun...I'll have to do it one day.

Lora...Today is my Friday as well and I won't have to come back until Wednesday of next week...WooHoo!!!!

Sabrina...I like Kick Max although a lot of people don't. It's different from KPC but I do like it.

Nicole...you know what? MIS gave me DOMS more than PH...that suprised me. ME is a good one...haven't done that in a while.

Susan...Have a great weekend with your family!

I wonder if there will be a July Rotation...otherwise, I think I'm going to look into the August 2004 rotation.

Good morning,

Well, I made the mistake (again) of turning my stupid alarm clock OFF instead of snooze. So, I overslept an hour. I decided to do MM. Since I was short on time, I did the Push Pull Premix (just over a half hour).

Today is my Friday also. Unfortunately I have an 8 am doctor apt. so I won't be able to sleep in. From there we're off. We'll be back on Monday. I wish I never had to come back to this awful job.

Diane Sue, glad to hear you're recovering from your eye surgery fine, and thank you for the description and link regarding cardio coach.

I see the July Rotation is posted. What does everyone think? I'm a little confused on the week one. What workouts from that week includes weight? I know Step, Jump and Pump does, but you're supposed to do part of it on Monday and Part of it on Tuesday. Where are your 2 total body workouts that week? Also, in week 3, I only see one upper body workout and one lower body work out.

Thoughts and comments are welcome.
 
Hey Lora,

It looks pretty good...this is probably something I would do. On week one, I think the weights come in on Monday and Thursday in the form of circuit training. SJP is a full body workout. On week three, I believe you'll get a legs again in Body Max in segment two, but no upper body. You could always add something on Thursday or Friday if you want.

I think this rotation will be a nice break for my body as long as I don't go adding to it...}(

Marietta that is funny about PH not giving you doms like MIS. I realy like ME!! It was a good workout, but I am finding that I really enjoy all my workouts lately!! It sure is fun to follow a rotation!!
