Hi everyone,
This morning was GS Floor Legs, Coremax 2 & StretchMax 2. Tomorrow, I think I'm going to have to do a Kickmax premix instead of CardioKicks, as I have to be at work for the early shift so I don't know if I'll have time for CardioKicks. We'll see. I also think I'll have to tweak my routine a bit after I return from my vacation next week. I get home Wednesday and I'll probably workout on Thursday, but I'll be tired from traveling....so it may be an easy workout (maybe nonCathe) and then I'll probably do a few odd & end workouts on Friday & Saturday and start my regular rotation again on Sunday.

Have great workouts everyone.

Hello everyone,

This AM I did GS Chest & Triceps. There's a 20 min. run on the schedule, too. I'll do that after work. I feel so much better working out in the AM. I'm counting on all of you to "whoop my butt" if I backslide! Early AM sessions are "the ticket" for me.

Have a great day! Catcha later!

Good morning,
Today was supposed to be Lowmax, but I just did that one last week and I hate overkill so I did G-Force Superstep and Cathe ab hits. I love Cathe but I have to branch out with my cardio or I will go crazy.
Have a good day all!

Hi Ladies,

I did Boot Camp and a 3 mile run last night. The day before was a 7 mile run. I am still on no set rotation. Just winging it...:D

Have a great day!!

Hello Everyone,
Well last night I DID DO chest/tris ;-) See this check-in does keep me going. You would never have thought from my post last night that I would do it, but I did:7 Today may be a rest day not sure got a lot of running to do with the kids. My dd starts youthfit at the ymca today. She is excited!!

Beverly I happy your enjoyed my introduction. Thanks:)

Terri you are so lucky you get fit tv. What a WONDERFUL way to start Cathe:D It's neat that you actually can workout to them and give a trial before you buy a dvd.

Everyone have a good day!!

Take care,
~Nicole

Hi,
Well I didn't do my usual morning workout, so I'll have to get to it tonight, which will be GS BSB and hopefully some cardio from CTX.

Last night I got into a funk, I just hung around the house and didn't do a whole lot. I even ate terrible, I had a Pop Tart with my son around 8pm....ok, make that two Pop Tarts x( Shame on me! This morning I slept three hours more too.

Diane Sue, Sorry to hear your husband is leaving for Iraq. Will he be gone long?

Lora, have a great time in Vegas!

Nicole, I enjoyed reading your intro. We should all write one.

Hi to Kim, Connie, Mary, Terri, Maggie and Beverly!

Have a great day.

Today's schedule called for a light 20 min run but I'm no runner and last week I did intervals of running and power walking for 20 mins. The 20 mins. didn't feel long enough but my time was limited so that's all I did. Today I did a 40 minute "Canyon Run" program on my treadmill. It's 40 mins. long and starts with a warm-up and then cycles thru 3 min powerwalks at increasing inclines and 1 min runs on flat terrain at increasing paces. My total distance was the equivalent of 12 laps or 3 miles. This was a much better workout than the 20 mins. last week! I need the structure of the pre-programmed routines because I don't know how to pace myself. I'd like to become a better runner and it seems easy enough but I never seem to get there. If anyone has any tips, please share.

Take care.

~ Kim
