Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Sunday Oct 30

Morning Everyone -

This morning was the last day of the October Rotation (Upper Body Bliss). I did S&H Biceps & Triceps, abs and Imax 3 premix intervals 6-10.

I'm going to do a week of nonCathe semirecovery now. Following that, I'm either going to do the November rotation (depending on what Cathe posts) or possibly an Intensity Series Rotation (but this Libra can change her mind at any time LOL!)

I went to that wedding yesterday and my husband and I planned on just attending the wedding, not the reception, but his family "guilt tripped" us into the reception and so I ended up eating a bunch of carbohydrates at 7:00 pm followed by wedding cookies. So much for the diet yesterday. I feel so guilty. Why don't men feel guilty like women do?

I'm off to soak in the tub and we're going to see Saw 2 for Halloween later.

Today I am going to do HSC and GS tricesps.

Lora I am excited about you doing the SS rotation?? Which one are you doing!! I plan on doing SS when I am done with my current rotation. Btw guilt is a useless emotion!! Life is to short. If you can't go to a wedding and enjoy some wedding food, and cake whats the point of even going? You are not a big woman you are tiny sooooo.... enjoy yourself and don't worry and feel guilty it is just so NOT worth it;-)

Today going to go to pumpkin patch and get some pumpkins and then My DH is GOING to help the kids carve them}(

Nicole - When will your rotation be finished? Maybe I'll do a couple weeks of SS with you. I don't think I could go too long on it, but maybe we can help each other thru it. I'm game for anything right now. I have only planned out about 9 days (yes, I'm a planner). I have some P90 Masters, Jillian, TLP's, Slim Series scheduled and then I'm going to do a couple Cathe circuit workouts and then start a new rotation. Let me know what your planning and maybe we can do a short SS rotation before I move on.

You ladies with children are really opening my eyes to have different life is with kids....especially Holidays. Here's us going to Saw2 for Halloween and you ladies are all carving pumpkins. I don't think I've ever carved a pumpkin in my life, nor would I have a clue how to do it. I don't have a domestic bone in my body...guess it's a good thing I don't have any kids.

Trick or treat! How are you? I didn't get the chance to check in yesterday. My dd had her last soccer game. They lost. :-( Then we had had to rush home, change, and arrive late for a Halloween party. We all dressed up. We had a lot of good laughs with all the parent's costumes. Fun, fun!

I did get up early and did a quickie workout. I did LM w/u, blasts only, GSL floorwork and stretch and MM abs. Today I slept in, but will do another quickie because we have another Halloween party. I'm not sure what. I still have 4-5 workouts from the rotation I'm following. Not sure how that happened?

Nicole ~ Good for you letting your dh carve the pumpkins. My hand is still sore! I feel like I have arthritis or something in my right hand! :-( Have fun today.

Lora ~ I skimmed the thread yesterday. Don't fret about cleaning, organizing, etc. I would definitely check out that book we are all using. I think the main thing to remember is "baby steps". Remember the movie "What About Bob?" that was the advice given to him and although that was a comedy, I always think about that when I'm feeling overwhelmed. My dd7's room can do that to me quite often!;-) Thank goodness for doors! ha ha! Have fun at the movies!

Terri ~ How did it go? Where can you listen to the CD? I saw someone posted yesterday about how great the CD sounded.

Hi ladies!!

Just done a two mile run and a half mile power walk on the treadmill. Now I need a shower.

I am going shopping by myself this afternoon. I am going to treat myself to a bag for my real estate class supplies. :) I start class Thursday evening. I am scared and excited at the same time.

I have to go to the school tomorrow morning for my middles sons Halloween party. They have a parade in the morning and then they have the parties. They have a half day of school so they should be on a nice sugar high first thing in the morning.

I better get moving. I have lots to do. I will check in later and see what everyone has been up to. Have a great day!!
 
Hi there!

I'm going to do SuperSets today. Probably in about an hour since I just stuffed my fat face with a few 3Musketer bars! Why did I buy them? They are my favorite. Now, I have to get some more Halloween candy (I think I pitied myself yesterday and had some then too...) I disgust myself.

My husband has been in AZ all weekend, and is expected back in Albany Tuesday I think he said. He's then off to VA and back late Friday. I was openly sad when he told me that.
Friday is our Anniversary and the day we go see the baby. Saturday is Justin's birthday and I'm doing all the party prep. for that. PLUS, now, my family wants to come out. So, I'll have my Mom and Dad, sister and ds5. At least I'm turning to the candy and not alcohol. I'd probably be in a stupor by now.

Lora, I don't carve pumpkins either. I think I tried it once. My son doesn’t even want to go to a couple of neighbor’s house this year to trick or treat. SO, we'll just hand out the candy tomorrow night. I'm not going to make him go if he doesn't want to.

Oh!! This morning just before we left for church, my ears popped really hard, so I could hear!! Yayyyy. However, they are starting to get plugged again, but for about two hours I felt fine. I hope I'm getting dried up. hahaha

Good afternoon,
I missed yesterday so,
Sat. was Low Max 4-7 w/u cardio circuited with Power Hour upper each body part starting with the back and ending with finishing with the first segment of C&W and chest. I finished with the C&W cardio and compound weights 2-4 and abs, then Body Max abs & Power Hour abs snd stretc.
Today was Bootcamp premix cardio & lower omitting st, then KM Premix cardio & leg conditioning, CM #2 and KM st.I may have another rest day as my son is coming over to help with things. We have a recall on our truck. 5,000 miles!. This is the second. THen we are winterizing our truck. Tues is a periodontal appointment. Grandchndchilren will here all day Friday. My Dad left all ready.
