Morning Ladies (for whoever checks in today),
I was really planning on taking a rest day today, but since I lost my job yesterday, I really was too mental this morning to go without working out. I did my new Power 90 Masters Core Cardio and kept the intensity down so it would be more like a recovery workout. It was really hard to do that, as I just wanted to tear it up today cuz I'm so angry inside.
