Morning Everyone,
This morning I did CIA Kickbox Bootcamp with Kimberly Spreen. This is the DVD I got with my gift cert from Collage. The aerobics part was fun, but I didn't like the rest of the DVD (aerobics only 20 minutes), so I'm sending it back. I also did Cathe's 10 minute Total Body Stretch on the Ball. Tomorrow, It's Tear It Up.
Have great workouts or rest days everyone. I've got a ton of things to get done around here. Still not finding a groove for being back to work and getting stuff done around here. I go to the foot doctor on Monday, so hopefully, I'll be able to start running on the treadmill next week.........we'll see.
