Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Monday June 12

Hi Everyone,
This morning was Slow & Heavy Chest & Back and 35 minutes of Step Blast.

Yesterday I did Imax2, segment 2 of coremax and segment 3 of stretchmax. Imax almost killed me!! LOL!! I think I was watching half the time trying to figure out the moves. I think that is why I have a headache this morning. ;-)

Today I have CTX upper body chest and back and CTX cardio of choice. Not sure which one I want to do yet. I am thinking kickboxing though. I have such a hard time with the step vids.

Today is my rest day, but I have plenty of housework to do so...... I guess I will be doing some kind of workout today:D If I get a chance I will squeeze in a stretch.

Hi everyone,

I was unable to check in over the weekend since my husband had one of his customers computers hooked up with ours. A networking thing.

Friday was IMAX

Saturday was GS BSB

Sunday, PS Legs standing only and LL (this time ALL exercises were done with a 40lb bb ~ that's high for me with split squats and step ups!)

Today I did SH Chest,Back and abs. I'm cutting back on cardio now. Got the "skinny" look last month from focusing on endurance training.

today's workout: did CTX chest/back and step and intervals. Actually, I did the intervals again and one step segment to make the workout a bit longer.

Saturday was a rest day.
Sunday was IMAX2!

SAbrina: looks like you and I are on the same days on this june rotation.

Unfortunately I didn't mean skinny as a compliment. My muscles are well defined, and I can be very vascular, I just prefer to have more thickness to my upper body. Here is what I listed for my May rotation.

Hi everyone,
I haqven't checked in for the last few days. I had grandchildren staying all weekend and a birthday party for my son. Anyway

Friday was Kick Max w/u&cardio, KPC High intensity drills, May rotation triceps integrating the Bowfles, & Stretch Max#1

Saturday was I Max 3, GScalves and floor legs, Core Max#3 & May rotation shoulders & abs integrating the Bowlex

Sunday rest

Today was MIC stopping at the stretch, GS Chest & Back adding on some Bowflex exercises, then MIC Stretch
I started a variation of the June rotation 1st week. I really don't like all of the switching workouts each week. I will probably stick with this for a couple of weeks at least. I am planning on trying to make myself lower my cardio some. I love doing it. I am not losing any more weight but have lost inches that I don't need to lose. It is hard finding the balance to gain mass and lose the body fat and not weight. I am at 110 right now. My daughter noticed my legs and hips looked thinner as my pants were kind of saggy. This was not new to me because I measured the other day. My weight usually hovers between 110 & 113. Anyway this is long, sorry to bore you.
