Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Monday July 25

Morning Everyone,
This morning I did Slim Series Shape It Up. I didn't preview this last night, so I added ankle weights to the entire beginning of the workout -- little did I know she would finally ask you to add them and do all kinds of leg work. Ouch....my legs.

Have great workouts everyone. I'm curious to see what Cathe will post for a rotation this month. I only have 5 more weeks until vacation. I need to hit it hard until then!!
 
Hello Ladies!!

Since I haven't posted in a few days...I'll pick up where I left off.

Saturday - Weight/cardio class (very easy). KCP - Intensity drills and LG floor work

Sunday - 20 minute run on treadmill

This morning I did PLB and will either run or do the Elliptical during lunch for cardio.

My plan is to continue with the Aug 04 rotation until 8/5.

I slept in because my two older ones are at the grandparents house for a sleep over (3 day one). I plan on doing some sort of cardio (not in the rotation, but I feel like I need it after the weekend we had) and GS-BSB. I'll do part now and part when my little guy takes a nap.

I don't know if you saw my post to Cathe, but my DD took KM for the sleep over. The three girls are going to get up and do that this morning. They won't do the whole thing, but I think it's so cute that KM was requested.

Well, better get moving. Very slow today! :-(

Hey Lora I did Shape it up today to:D (but without the ankle weights:eek: ) I feel really GOOD now!! I am not sure what is on the agenda tomorrow?

Marietta Aug 04 is a great rotation for the legs!! My legs felt so strong last week when I did LL. I am thinking I will have to sneak that one into my SS rotation:D

Dallas I did not see your post to Cathe. I will go check it out now ;-)

It's me again...

Dallas, that is so cute that your DD took a workout with her...you must be setting a great example. Let us know if they actually did the workout or not...even if they don't, the fact that she thought enough to take it is great within itself!

Nicole, I've only done this rotation for a few weeks and I can definitely tell in my legs. They are looking very cut and defined. It does have quite a bit of leg work in it...Love it!!

I just got back from lunch and I went for a run with the guys. We went about 3 miles which is good considering how HOT is is here. So that's it for me today.

Hi everyone,

I had a really nice weekend with my parents and sister. I only jogged one morning for a half hour and did 300 walking lunges. Nicole, I know what you mean saying the first 100 are the hardest.

I'm embarrassed to admit, I completely forgot I was going to start A-Jock's Nosebleed rotation today. I'm usually pretty good at remembering things. I think I've been caught up with unpacking myself and packing up my FIL to finally leave today, and helping my DH off on a business trip and DS off to daycare. I'll start the rotation tomorrow.

This morning I did MM and GSL floorwork. The core work was modified a bit (no explosive crunches for me!)

Dallas, off hand I don’t know of any punching bag w/o's. Did you check collage video's site?

Sabrina, thanks for asking how I'm feeling. So, far so good. What's kind of strange is when I eat at home (steamed veggies, grilled chicken etc.) I do feel nauseated, but out at my parents we ordered Pizza Hut and went out for fajitas, I felt better than usual. That has got to change, I don’t want my hips ready for birthing just yet.

Well, I ordered the new DVD's. It looks that the Presale is over, but it took my order at the presale price.
