Morning Ladies -
This morning I did Better Burn Better Buns (TLT) follwed by the aerobic only sections of Endurance for Movement (there aren't that many - maybe 15 minutes).
I can really say that after doing the TLTs 4 days in a row, I'm really feeling them all over my body in different places than I usually get sore (good thing). This was my 2nd time for doing BBBB and I was able to work it a bit harder this time and get into the workout more. I really worked my legs with the paperplate moves to the point I almost couldn't finish the reps and when she said ...4 more...I was like yea right! Ouch my legs and buns felt this one today. I even had to use my 4# med ball today ....as I'm feeling the effects.
I also want to say that the ab work is not really long in any of these TLTs but it is so much fun. Even in the old ones, I love the rollercoasters (where you go into a v-sit with your med ball and then let the med ball slide down your legs on the way down) and the weaving of the ball thru the legs in today's workout with your legs up while crunching.
I also wanted to comment on the Tropical Storm hitting the scenery in the background during these.......and do you notice how it gets darker outside as the workouts progress?
