Mornin' Ladies - I slept in till 3:30 am and woke up feeling rested and raring to go (think I'm anxious about my oral surgery on Monday), but today is my scheduled rest day, so I only did a section of Stretch Max and my 20 minute AM Kundalini Yoga routine. Tomorrow, I'm starting week 3 a day early and I'll be doing High Step Challenge (Yay! my favorite workout). I'm a little concerned that Tuesday I won't be able to jump around after the oral surgery...I guess I'll have to see what the doctor says. I hate doctors!
Anyway, I have a question today. I was planning out the rest of the month's rotation, and I think I'm going to do the next 2 weeks of the Fatloss rotation as planned and then for the last week of March, I'm going to do a week of muscle endurance (from weeks 3&4 of that rotation). Then I was thinking about perhaps taking a Recovery Week (which is not something I normally do) and I just wondered what everyone else is planning. ETA: Although, come to think of it, I'm going on vacation (LasVegas) at the end of April and I don't usually lift weights or do aerobics on vacation....just walk...so maybe that will be my total week of rest for April and I won't take a regular recovery week...but, I'd still like to hear what everyone's planning regarding recovery weeks.
I'll be eating Shredded Wheats & Yogurt for breakfast with a pear later in the day. Today is my cheat day, so lunch will be movie popcorn minus the butter and dinner will be Weight Watcher Salad from Applebees with a Whole Wheat Cheese Quesidilla and I'll have a small hot fudge sundae from the DQ for my cheat treat today. I'll probably also grab a handful of nuts somewhere during the day for a snack, an apple and have some Teddy Grahams.
