Morning Everyone,
I'm so glad it's Friday. I'm so tired and sleep deprived.
This morning I did Kathy Smith's Project You - Full Body Circuit followed by 20 minutes of Powerstrike kickboxing. I didn't think the workout got my heart rate up very high. I'll try doing the entire thing on Sunday, but if it doesn't get my heart rate up, I"m going to have to see about a refund.
