Hardcore Rotation Checkin for Finally Friday June 17

Good Morning Everyone,
This morning was Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps and I was supposed to do Cardio Kicks, but since I only have it on tape and only had time to do 35-40 minutes of cardio, I did portions of Kickmax instead (I always do the Blast Challenge first so my heartrate gets up high enough though).

I think I know how I hurt my foot, cuz I think I may have reinjured it slightly today. I was doing side kicks and I felt my foot twist in my shoe and I felt the exact radiation of pain and it felt like I strained it again. I don't think my shoes have good enough lateral support. What stores carry Ryka? I know they've gotten a good word from all, but I'm open to suggestions. I currently have New Balance Crosstrainers and Freddy Aerboic Shoes x 2. I can never find Ryka at the stores I go to, mainly Dick's and Kohl's is where I buy my athletic shoes. Anyway, I was good this morning and finally iced my foot. We'll see if it helps.

Well, sure enough....I checked my workout log and I did Kickmax the Friday before last, which was around the time I injured my foot. Now I'm certain that's how I did it. Again, I welcome shoe suggestions. My shoes really don't support my feet laterally.
 
I have Nike Shox. Several pairs.:7 Be careful with that foot. We don't want you out of commission. Make sure you find time for that ice and take it easy.:)
 
Hi everyone

Today is CTX upper body biceps and triceps. Also CTX cardio of choice. Have to see what I feel like doing later.

Tomorrow is suppose to be my rest day but I think I might exchange tomorrow with Sunday since Sunday is Father's Day. So tomorrow might be KPC and an additional stretch.

Well so far I am feeling GREAT!! I feeling soreness in new places (which is a GOOD thing:D ) I went a head and did my measurements yesterday. So we all can SEE if doing Bootcamp every other day will lean me out:7 Today is a busy day for me so I will rebound or do one of my Firm cardio dvds.

Lora I have both New Balance and Avia crosstrainers. I always make sure I lace them tightly because there have been times when I am doing lunges that I feel my foot moving around since I have tightened up my laces I have not had this problem. Hope this helps!! Happy you found out what was causing your foot pain!!:D

Hi guys,

I have a lot going on today. We're having some things done to the house and I had a new stove delivered today, that I had to hang around with the men who kept coming and going.

I was able to pump out SH Triceps, but ended after that to get to the bank, post office, library, before they closed. Now, it's close to dinner time.

I'll try to get in the SH Biceps, we'll see. I still didn't get to the grocery store. Ahhh! I wish I had just a tiny bit of help.

Good to hear your liking your rotation Nicole. Keep us posted on your results.

Lora, I will be NO help when it comes to sneaker. I wear size 2.5 children's, so I don't have a real good pair.
 
Well the day is over and I never got back t the lower body work that I had planned. This was one of those days where you start and then there are so many interruptions that I threw my hands up and said I would do it another day. Anyway today was Low Max. I had planned on doing the Pyramid lower. I got through the high steps and then had to quit becayse my familly was calling. hmm. Maybe another day. Like tomorrow as I do not plan a rest day. I am having laser eye surgury on Wedmesday so figure I am going to have a couple of days rest at least,
