Good morning!

My dogs got me up at 3AM! They're nuts! I went back to bed to catch another hour of sleep but something was stirring outside (my dogs have an indoor/outdoor kennel) and they started barking(!) at 3:45AM. (Bet my neighbors loved that!) So I brought Maggie, my jack russell terrier, back to my bedroom (and she went back to bed). Since I had run down and up 13 steps/4x, I figured that constituted a "warm-up" so I got dressed and did GSL floorwork and CoreMax Segment 1.

Aren't my little darlings sweet for getting mommy up to work out?

Well, Kim, my morning was not nearly as exhilarating as yours! When we had a lower bed, my dog would jump on it around 3am, sniff through my hair or something, straddle me, and then lay down. He aint exactly light, but tell him that. hahaha
Did you decide to purchase the CTX series or LL VHS?

I woke up this morning with terrible cramps and a backache. **sigh**. Today was cardio. I really didn't feel like doing anything. I used my elliptical stepper for 30 minutes and followed with 10 minutes of stretching. The entire time I watched LowMax.
It's not as complicated as I thought it seems while doing it.

I wonder if Diane Sue will check in today. Yesterday was probably an emotionally hard day.

Mary, are you feeling better? I still have my cough. I hope it's gone by the weekend.

Today was GS CT and Coremax 3. Didn't make it through all the push ups on my toes today, but I got through all the reps!

Hi Ladies,

Last night was a 6.5 mile run for me. I did not feel like weights. So, today will be a shorter run and either LL or GS legs.

Happy Hump Day!

Today will be abs before work, then cardio when I get home this afternoon. Probably a recorded version of Cardio and weights. Then tonight is pushh and pull. Last night I did PLB and I forgot how much I like the floor work with the stability ball! Does GSL do those sort of excercises as well? Well good luck to everyone on there workouts!

This morning I did Cardio and Weights.

Terri, GSL has a great stability ball floor workout. I find it much more challenging than PLB. It also uses the band.

Last night I took my 4 year old for a walk. He usually sits in his wagon and I pull. Well, he decided to run just about 3/4 of the way. So, I ran 3/4 of a mile along his side and the rest I ran with him in the wagon. Not close to what Beverly runs but I was pretty proud of myself, sense I could never run more than a few feet. Just wanted to share.

Good morning Ladies , I feel much better this Am . I ended up doing some Tae Bo yesturday .Resting from Cathe this week as I recoupe. I have to share that yesturday I took training wheels off my 3 year olds bike ,and well I ran back and forth for about 10 minutes with him and he DID IT !!!! Hes riding all over the place !!!! By the end of the "Bike Path" we was doing it without a push even !!!! Yeeee haaaa .A whole new door opens Now !!!! Like me roller blading with him on his bike !!!!:) :) :) :) Have great days :) :) :) .

Monday's workout was I Max 3, Gym Style Chest & Triceps
Tuesday Rest
Wednesday KickMax w/u & cardio, KPC Intensity drills & abs,MM abs, GS Back,Shoulders,&Biceps

Susan thanks for thinking of me. I didn't workout yesterday morning after my husband left. I didn't really feel like it. I kind of moped around with a lump in my throat and finished off the pan of brownies I made for the grandchildren then went to bed with a belly ache. So today is better.

Terri, I agree with Elaine on GS legs floorwork. It much more intense and about 11 minutes longer than the Pyramid floor work.

I did a 5 mile run and LL tonight. Good workout.

WD, I am glad you are having a better day today. E-mail me if you ever want to talk. My husband was in Iraq and possibly going back in Sept. I try not to think about it though.

Mary, Cute story about your son. He is going to be quite the athlete riding a two wheeler at the age of 3!
