Happy Sunday Everybody ~

I haven't decided what I'm doing today as far as working out is concerned. My back was sore this AM (DOMS) from CK. Very cool...I pushed myself to throw those punches 100% just like Cathe told us to do!

The realtor just called and scheduled an appointment for 5:30PM today so already my day is starting to fill up. We're off to church now. I'll check back later with y'all!

Kim don't the just LOVE the feeling of having that kind of doms! I had it last week in my shoulders after doing KM. Today I am really feeling doms in my butt. Just where I need it}(

I really do not want to lose any weight.......but I have a thin layer's of fat on my stomach and my behind that I really want GONE!! Does that make since?? I think this hardcore rotation Is really helping, but I want it gone like yesterday ha ha:7 Just thought I would share my goal with you ladies!!

Mary I happy to hear you are taking your Vit C. I think that stuff is WONDERFUL!! I hope you are feeling better soon. Don't push yourself to much I know when I have been sick I will come back and do like half of a workout, and ease myself back.

Susan yes I do LOVE the kind of workout I get with the band esp. with the standing leg press, but guess what I did last night I used my pilates (magic circle) for the floor work in place of the band. I really enjoyed it!! Plus it got me using one of piece of equip. I don't use like I should!!

I'm not sure what I am going to do today???

Hi Ladies,

Today was a 9 mile run for me and I did Stretch Max with the stability ball. Yesterday was a 6 mile run and Coremax #1. I finally did those stinkin levitation moves. I got my hands positioned right.
I feel it today..

Well, as you may have guessed I did HousecleanMax after church today. Some mild DOMS settled in my butt and inner thighs (along with my back!) so I sure am glad I worked out yesterday!

Nicole~ I know just where you're coming from w/ the weight issue. I, too, am beginning to see greater definition (obviously the fat on my waist, hips and butt is melting away) since starting Hardcore. I'm not 100% clean with my diet, but I have a tendency to "under eat" -- not consuming enough calories to support my workouts. I used to be real good at the whole nutrition factor...and must rededicate myself to it. So much to do...so little time!

Mary~ Last time I was sick w/ sore throat & cold, I added zinc lozenges to my arsenal. Taste "yuk" but they definitely helped and the duration of my symptons was shorter. Have you ever tried them? I hope you wake up tomorrow feeling fine.

Beverly~ What is the terrain like where you run? I live in a very hilly area...I can't imagine taking my "run" outside. How many years have you been running? Nine miles seems so far! Do you run a consistent pace the entire distance? I don't seem to be able to get past the whole walk/run intervals.... Supposedly, the people who looked at our house today (3rd visit) will be making an offer tomorrow. I pray that something comes thru soon so I can get off the "open house" roller coaster...so disruptive! Thanks for thinking positive thoughts for us as we embark on this new venture.
