Yay.........it's Friday!!! Today was Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge and Stretchmax 3 for me. Tomorrow is my scheduled rest day and then I'm supposed to do the Shoulder, biceps and back DVD and I'm really scared to do it again since the trap pain is still not gone from last week. I don't know what modifications to make where. I'm so frustrated and bummed.

Yogurt and cereal for breakfast, soft veggie & cheese tacos with spanish rice for lunch and fruit for snacks.

Last night I did a 5.5 mile run and the core/abs and stretch from MM.

Not sure what today will bring.. :7 I would like to fit in a total body workout.

Today was Cardio! I choose HC Extreme #3. I forget right now what it's called. IMAX3 with KM. I'm pooped. I have GOT to incorporate more cardio in my week. It was tough, when it was only 45 minutes (then the drills, to make 69 min. total).

I'd like to run after work, but I have 5 year old who is too heavy for me to push in a stroller, and he doesn’t know how to ride a bike, and no neighbors to watch him for a few minutes. I guess I'll stick with step. I like that too.

I've got a lot of errands to run today, so I won't be able to check back later in the day.

I am suffering from DOMS after yesterdays push-up marathon! I alo ran 3 miles last night with my class and walked about 2 miles pushing my 2 and 4 year old in their very heavy stroller. So today I am going to take it easy and do the dreaded CoreMax and a StretchMax segment (or 2). I am going to try and go running tomorrow (maybe 4 miles) and do GS Back/sh/bi.
We are also digging out our garden this weekend, so that should be some good upper body work as well. Spring is here!!

Good morning Ladies, I'm doing GS Legs today .Over slept again!So will do at nap time . Thinking this naptime thing isnt all bad on strength days ,gives my some time to feed/fuel my body alittle for that challange .I'm Thinking about doing Kickmax Saturday instead of Sunday ...So I get a day off in there LOL ....Spring is NOT herex( x( x( .It snowed yesturday And very windy ,never even went outsidex( x( . Anyhow have great days everyone !!!

Today was suppose to be HSC but I slept in. So, today is rest day and tomorrow will be HSC. I haven't done that one yet. I need to view it again before doing it tomorrow morning.

Tracy, you are lucky your 4 year old will stay in a stroller for a long walk. I have to plead on my knees for a short(1mile) walk done with me pulling a wagon half the time and him pulling it the other half.


OH MY!! Mary sorry to hear of that dreaded snow. The last of ours just melted. The good thing about a spring snow storm is that it doesn't stick around too long.

Hi Everyone,
Todays workout was CTX Power Circuits w/u and cardio lower only, Step Blast step challenge section, GS calves, Pyramid calves, GS Floor, Pyramid floor and str., Stretch Max with the band.

It is definitely spring here we've been having to mow and trim for awhile. In the 70's today.

Lora, why don't you just skip the shoulders and do biceps & whatever back exercises you can and give them a rest till they fully recuperate. If you work them to soon they may not grow like you would want.
I already worked mine once this week and my neck is a little sore again so I am going to do the Back & Biceps timesaver tomorrow myself.

I think I need to go to the grocery store. I didn't have any breakfast and am sitting here eating okra with italian cheese and pasta sauce. I was putting shopping off till the weekend.

Hi everyone!

It's nice to see so many people continuing to check in.

It was Low Max for me today. I'm starting to put some jumps on some moves and jacks or those jump rope thingies instead of marching in place.

Ever since I weaned my toddler, my weight has been hard to budge. I guess he was burning more calories than I realized.

Scale down .5 lbs this week, but I am happy with that believe me. I am so close to my goal. I feel like my body is resisting changex(
