Did HSC this morning (1st time)...couldn't do those decline push-ups, owch!

Beginning to see more definition in my core and have lost a little more weight.

Eats today
porridge
ryvita w/ hoummous
mussel salad
nut & seed bar (no added sugar)
coconut chicken & veggies

Hi Karate Chick - I missed you the last couple days.

I did LowMax this morning - 5 random segments and then I did Stretch Max on the Ball.....loved that one. Unbelievalbly, I'm up around and walking just fine today. Didn't think I'd be moving today after HSC yesterday.

I just ate a bowl of shredded wheats and yougurt. Snacks will be honey wheat pretzels, pear, and an apple. I'm not sure about lunch or dinner today. We'll see what happens after my dental appt.

Tomorrow's Hardcore Extreme....hopefully ...If I'm allowed to jump around.
 
hello all!
today's workout: just finished high step challenge! whew!! Man, my arms are killing me from those bicep curls! This is week 3 of the Fatloss Rotation..and I'm excited, it looks like more cardio!

I had another clean eating weekend and I'm feeling stronger and lighter!

breakfast will be kashi cereal w/ skim milk
snack will be a protein bar
lunch will be 3oz of turkey on WW bread w/ fruit
dinner??
snack??

Hi there!

I'll be doing Low Max and Stretch Max #3 today. I'm swapping it for HSC, which I'll do tomorrow. I can't wait for the next two weeks to be over because I really miss the Gym Style workouts. Sigh. :)

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday was suppose to be the start of week 3 strength rotation, but I was not feeling the greatest so I did an easy 2 mile run and played with the Hardcore Extreme workouts.

Today is a 6 mile run and GS Chest and Triceps. Back on track.

Lorajc, I hope your oral surgery goes well.

Hi! I did HSC this morning. It's still my favorite!
I totally pigged out this weekend. I think some of it was emotional eating. I'm back on track today.

Good Morning,

I did HSC and love it, is week 3 for me and the ab definition is beginning to show, I lost a little bit of fat, that is great.! I know that the scale may not change because muscle weighs more than fat but it takes less space.

Hi Everyone,

This morning I did GS BSB and section 1 of coremax. I hope to get a 30 min. cardio in this afternoon. My eating always starts good on Monday and thru to Thursday. I very rapidly slide come Fri and the weekend. I am going to try extra hard this week.

My sons team won their compition this weekend. So it is on to the State finals April 2.

Good Morning ladies ,I did HSC for the first time this AM ,I Liked it .Excited for My afternoon Gliding or Taebo Have not decided yet :) :) .Did good on my clean eating all weekend . Surprised myself :) Have a great day
 
Today I did HSC. I wasn't feeling too well, so I did the first 4 circuits. I don't have a high step, so I just used my regular step. I think I would hit my head on the ceiling if I used the high step.My food intake today has been aweful. I had a bday party at my house last night and had the hangover munchies with all the party food left over from last night.
Anyway, at least I got some exercise in today.

Well, I finished a 4 week Gym Style rotation last week. Today I started where I did four weeks ago with HC High Step Challenge, followed by intervals 1-4 of Low Max. Actually my intentions were to do all of Low Max but I got a late start and then dh came in and said a couple of his friends were coming over so I had to quit and get a bath. I have a cold and had taken a bunch of cold meds last night so it was not hard to quit anyway. Hopefully tomorrow will be back to normal;-)

Hi ladies -

I'm so bummed. I just got back from the oral surgeon a little while ago. I'm not allowed to work out for 3 days!! I'm gonna die surely! I NEVER miss my workouts. He said if I don't listen to him, I risk having a lot longer off work due to complications. I'll keep checking in, but I'll probably be doing stretch max.
 
Maybe you could just do some stretch Max and Core work. At least you would still be doing something. 3 days is not that long. I am sure many of us have had to lay off of a workout here and there and it makes little difference in ou phyiques. Also sometimes you come back ready to really put your all into a workout after the break:)

You are all doing great! Keep up the good work. Although I'm on the muscle building rotation I've been deviating a bit. Last week I did end up doing all all the GS routines, my 3 cardios wer IMAX 1 and IMAX 3, one rest day and then did KPC cardio and ankle weight legs secion of L&G. That was a great program yesterday. 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of leg work, and then cool down. I substututed that for Kickmax. I can't seem to get into that dvd. Today was supposed to be GS BSB; but I had a colonoscopy (ugh) and anasthesi, so I'm makin today a rest day! I'll start tomorrow for week 3. Take Care,
