Hardcore Rotation Check-In Sunday, March 13

Well Hello there! Yesterday I did SS. I know MM was on the rotation, but I've done that w/o NINE times so far ~ and I've only had it just over a month!
Today I will do my run. I said I was going to do it on Friday, but just couldn't get to it.
I read everyone's post from yesterday. I know how often things in life just come up and get you off track, and it really stinks, but I have to remind myself to pick up where I left off, no matter how difficult it may be.
And Lorjc, try to relax about your surgery tomorrow (I know, easy for me to say). Let us know how you made out.

Morning everyone,
Week 3 of Fatloss rotation. I did High Step Challenge......Wow...what a workout. I don't know if I'll be able to walk tomorrow or move. I loved it though. I'm really getting addicted to Cathe. She's great. I want to buy more of her stuff, but I'm so broke. LOL. I want to start doing all of her rotations. This Hardcore serious is really great. I'm new and loving it.

Had a protein drink after my workout and I'll be eating shredded wheats in a bit here. Snacks will be yogurt, fruit and teddy grahams. Dinner will be veggie fajitas with black beans and rice and a DQ sugar free fudge bar for dessert.

Tomorrow's Lowmax and then my dental work at 10:20 am and 11:15. I have to go to my dentist first and get my bridge sectioned (cut up) before I can go have the oral surgery. Then it has to heal before I can have the work finished and a new bridge put in. Then I have 2 more that need replaced. Ouch...my wallet.

Good Morning, all. I am still doing the muscle building rotation...I just don't log it here daily. The more I use the GS tapes the more I'm enjoying them! Believe it or not, my doms seem worse two days instead of one day after the workout...from the band? I don't know, but I'm starting to see definition in my calves and around my biceps. Today is a scheduled rest/stretch day. I'll probably do a core routine and a stretch. What a great program Cathe has put together. Happy Sunday all!

Good Morning , Today is My last day of week 2 in the fat loss rotaion.So I will do stretch max later ,or I might just skip it so I'm well rested for my first day of Highstep Challenge.So Far no weight lost ...my scale even gave me a scare up 5 pounds one day down 5 the next LOL I'm not getting on it again ,or for along time . But 2 " gone around my waist !!!!! All other measurments the same though !!! Anyhow Ifeel its great results so far .... Have great days everyone !!!:) :) :) :)
 
Today is my REST day:7 I may do a segment of stretchmax IF I feel like it(probably NOT). Tommorrow I start WEEK 3 of fat loss rotation HSC.


Anyways Lorajc I will be thinking of you in the am. I'm going to get up at 5;45am :7 Going to TRY becoming a AM. exerciser. Wish me LUCK!!

Beth I could'nt agree with you more about what a wonderful program this is!! The more I do it the better I feel.

Well, I never quite recovered from my hangover yesterday so I ended up walking 2 miles (had to go pick up my car from where I left it overnight :)), then I did 1 segment of stretch max. Today, I did muscle max and went super heavy on the weights, then did segment 2 of stretch max. My shoulders are still on fire but I'm proud of myself. :D

Beth--I'm really liking the Gym Styles also. I'm doing a strength rotation based on them similar to Cathe's but tweaked for me.

Mary--congrats on the 2 inches. The scale is deceptive and besides, you are probably building some muscle.

Lorajc--hope the surgery goes well. At least you get to do Low Max first. I am loving that one.

A warm hello to everyone else. My mind just can't remember all I've read by the time I get to posting. I swear I lose brain cells with every baby:p :+ .

Today I was supposed to do HCX #3, but my knees were protesting, so I did my current favorite, Low Max instead.

Well, today was my rest day. We had family over and pizza and cake and cheese bread. I really ruined the clean eating today. And I thought I would just eat salad. Actually I enjoyed every bite:9 Now that I have had a cheat day I will have to get back on track. We have had so many different family birthdays and gatherings lately. It looks like everyone is doing well. Keep up the good work everyone.
