Hardcore recs for a beginner

All of the tapes looks promising but I would love to know what tape you all would rec for a beginner to Cathe?

I would think that any of the strength videos + the stretch would be any level because you would just use the amount of weight that works for you but as far as cardio I would think they would be very advance}( IMO.
 
Tishee~Did you order the last series out that included a beginner tape and a beg/interm tape? They would be excellent for starters. Also, the Wedding tape and Mega Step Blast were fairly "easy" for me when I started years ago. Good Luck!

Wow Debbie didn't think of the others. I thought she was asking about the "Hardcore Series". But you are right about these beginner videos. FYI these new videos are only in DVD format.

Barbara thanks so much for taking the time to reply! I am going to take advantage of that great deal and get some of the strength DVDs and the strech and wait on the others until I become use to Cathe's style a little better. Thank you so much for the suggestions---thank you.

Barbara what do you think of these: strech max and muscle max or gym style for the strength part? TIA I was also thinking about core max but I wasn't too sure if that would work.

You're Welcome! Here is a link to the series of DVD's I was refering to in the last series. You would probably be interested in both #1 & #2 as they are either beginner or intermediate levels. Number 3 is advanced level. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Hi Debbie! I feeling better these days. I did put on a few pounds from my medication but since he lower my medication I am trying to lose the few pounds. How is your new grand baby? He is such a cutie!!

I don't know of them because their not out yet but just from the description they really sound great. I think that what ever Cathe puts out are going to be great:) She is a wonderful instructor. I think Core Max would also be great for any level unless is is like pilate which I am a beginner. You just work your way up:).

I'm so happy to hear you are feeling better. You'll lose those few pounds in no time. Our new grandson is great! Just as cute as a bug! He is putting on weight like crazy. I told Julie she is going to have to roll him around soon! Kennedy is a big helper to Mom getting things to help out. She came up to me the other day when I was holding Colton and just stood there and stared at him. It was too cute. Thanks for asking! Tishee, sorry for hi-jacking your thread!

You're Welcome! Good choices! The number 2 DVd has some great "Add-Ons". It has a 20 minute LB workout, a 20 minute UB workout and a 10 minute stability ball workout. You can do all 3 in 50 minutes and it will leave you feeling worked! Have FUN, let us know when they get there and also what you think. You are in for a REAL treat! WELCOME to the club!
