stretch
Debbie, nice work on Cardio Pump #1 today. Stretch #2 is not the one I was looking for. Stretch #2 is 20 minutes. The one I was looking for is 14 minutes long. I am pretty sure it is not there anywhere. I have went through everything more than once. I do like stretch 2 though. I am just a little careful of stretches and mobility that has me folded over moving back and forth, as it seems like it might not be so good for the spine if it is prone to fractures. I keep modifying those moves I always thought it would help open up space but coming back up in a curve not so much. You got away without doing the balance at the end
Belinda, good for you getting in LMR2 bonus chest, triceps, & shoulders today. The bonus workouts are all supposed to be heavy weights. I don't think the LMR 2 will be that heavy. Whenever I decide to do it I will be going lighter. It seems that most of the time spent on it hits chest and it is short when it finishes off with shoulders.
