Yesterday was a rest day. I took the dog for a walk then husband and I took his vehicle for a recall fix.
Today I did ICE Low Impact Step #2, 30 minutes, 173 calories, heartrate 125/149. I then did Lift Move and Restore bonus low impact cardio, 14 minutes, 103 calories, heart rate 145/167, finished with Lift Move and Restore Functional Mobility Timesaver warm up and basic mobility adding some leg and hip stretches, 22 minutes, 68 calories. Total time was 66 minutes, 344 calories, 2,685 steps. I really thought that there would be more steps than that. I really planned on a total body today, but my chest and ribs hurt bad yesterday and I decided to avoid that area.

Debbie, nice job on Raw Kickbox and Raw Kickbox and tone. I am surprised when Kelly set up on Youtube that she didn't add something as an identifier for both workouts. Her kickbox workouts are usually fun. I was looking at one of the dvds on my shelf, that I remember being rather fun. Well, I did alter IMax 4 when she did the side to side squat thrust and the butt kick thing. Down on my hands were just a big no! for me. I just found something else to kick up the heart rate.

Belinda, hopefully Monday something will be on your portal. Nice job on the zoom dance yesterday and today's walk, ICE Upper Body and yoga with Kassandra day 6.

I went for a walk outside this morning plus Yoga with Kassandra. I will do some yoga later with DD.

Diane - great job on your workouts. I love ICE workout. I will do them after my surgery. I think they light enough to do. I check my portal daily. I hope by next week, I hear something.

This morning I did RAW Strength 1 - Cardio Acceleration and added a treadmill walk as well. I had a great workout, I really like these mixes of weights and cardio.

12 reps each exercise for lifting/30 seconds for cardio bursts

One Arm Row: 30#
Cardio: Squat/Knee

Dumbbell Chest Press: 25's
Cardio: Pump Ups
Repeat

Walked on the treadmill for 1 mile. Total workout time was 53 minutes, burned 348 calories, did 3620 steps and HR was 120/153.

Great workouts this weekend everyone!! I am trying really hard to lose about 7#. Doesn't sound like much but damn, at this age it's almost impossible!! I used to drop weight just thinking about it, now I struggle. Hate the way my abs look. :confused:

Walk outside, CL#14 Stability Ball TB weights is done. I also did D8 with Kassandra.

I am trying to get as many workouts in as I can before Wednesday. I get my lenses rotation on Thursday.

Today I did CDorner 80's cardio aerobics high or low, 45 minutes, 292calories, heart rate 134/163, 3,953 minutes. I also did some costochondritis stretches. I was really hurting yesterday.

Debbie, great job on raw strength #1 cardio acceleration and treadmill walk.

Roselyn, nice work on the new program Iron Pro today.

Belinda, good job on the walk and CL #14 Stability Ball Total Body weights.
 
This morning I did RAW Kickboxing #5 and had a great workout. Love this one. Music is good, I just wish it was a tad louder. LOL! Usually I'm complaining that the music is too loud. This one has good music in it and you can barely hear it.

Workout was 41 minutes, burned 328 calories, did 3841 steps and HR was 135/175.

Diane - Great job with your 80's cardio. I haven't done a CDorner workout in ages. I just don't care for step workouts anymore. I hope your pain is gone today, that is terrible that you have to continue to go through that.

Belinda - Great workout yesterday! I hope your lens rotation goes smoothly. I can't believe that happened!

Roselyn - Great job with Caroline's new workout. I keep meaning to check out her website and I keep forgetting about it.

I did 2 zoom dance classes and a walk outside. I also did the Kassandra yoga today, it was abs.I will try to get a workout in tomorrow if I can.

Diane - great with your 80’s workout.I am so sorry you still in such pain constantly. I hope you feel better today.

Debbie - nice job with your kickboxing workout. Yeah, it will happing. Thank you! I hope it’s the last one.

This morning I chose RAW Strength 2 Cardio Acceleration. I had a great workout, I like this one but it's a bit long. I had to skip the abs at the end.

12 reps each lifting move, cardio was just as long as Kelly wanted it to go.

I changed the chest/back section. I have a knot (again) and didn't want to irritate it so I just did chest moves.

Good Afternoon,

I did a 2 mile walk today got a migraine just haven’t felt well the last 2 days and I am battling a right hip issue I start PT again next wee and Thursday I get contacts from the specialist I was sent to. My GS is playing 7th grade football can’t believe he is 13.

Yesterday I did CDorner Fast Basic Step & Abs (skipped the abs), 34 minutes, 221 calories,3,184 steps. I also did 15 minutes, of costochondritis PT exercises. I managed to get up early enough to do something before the HVAC guy came and put new insulation on the outside pipe to the unit.
Today I did CDorner Cardio Hiit All Standing, 46 minutes, 279 calories, heart rate 128/175, 3,128 steps. I finished with Stretch balance work CDorner, for 24 minutes, 42 calories. Total time 70 minutes, 321 calories. My Garmin was off today. I was in the middle of wacky jacks and it had my heartrate at 110. I kept trying to loosen and tighten. It would go up and drop way done, but in the end I guess not bad. The HIIT was 11 moves done 2 times for 45 second each and then the 3rd time 30 seconds. I have been hesitant on doing weights because I do not want to experience the pain I did all weekend. It has improved.

Debbie, good job on Raw Strength 2 Cardio Acceleration. I seem to always get a knot right around my deltoids and back of my shoulder with back work and a lot of boxing. I hope you can work it out. I still love step workouts.

Roxie, nice work on the walk. Sorry you got a migraine and have not felt well.

Belinda, nice work on the walk and yoga with Kassandra. Praying the surgery goes well and everything gets back to normal.

I did a seated hip opener yoga this morning. I will share this one with you guys. It’s a really nice seated lower body stretch. I am getting ready for my surgery.

This morning I did RAW Box, Band & Abs - one of my favorite workouts on RAW. The music is just so - so. It's rap type music mixed with 80's songs. Weird. Some of it is good, others are horrible. But I can seem to ignore it because I love this workout so much. It is under the Interval Training playlist.

30 seconds on/10 off - Tabata Style. She does 4 sets for each exercise.

Boxing Drill: 1.5# egg weights
Squat Pulse/Band - Purple cloth band
Knee-Ins on Step

Boxing Drill: 1.5# egg weights
Squat Out w/Band: Purple cloth band
Reverse Crunches

Boxing Drill: 1.5# egg weights
Firewalkers: Green stretch band
Plank Knee-In/Leg Up - I did Dead Bug alternating with Russian Twist

Workout was 43 minutes, burned 325 calories, did 2409 steps and HR was 132/179.

Roxie - Good job with your walk yesterday. I'm sorry to hear you had a migraine and are having hip issues. I hope PT helps. When I had my hip issues, stretching with stretches like Runners Pose and others similar really helped. I haven't had hip issues in a while.

Belinda - Yes please share that stretch video. Good luck today!!

Diane - Nice job with your workouts the past couple of days. I hate when the Garmin doesn't work. Mine only has issues periodically. usually it seems to be quite accurate.

Wow, what is going on in our country? So sad to hear about Charlie Kirk. I follow(ed) him on X and really liked him. I just cannot believe he was assassinated like that. I hope they catch whoever did it and nail his @ss to the wall. Totally unacceptable. God rest his soul.

Sorry that I have been MIA, but I have just had a week! I have walked everyday, and I have gotten in 2 weight workouts too.
Saturday- Rest day
Sunday- All In Upper Body- CL
Monday- 4 mile dog walk
Tuesday- Vertical Loading 2 - CL
Wed.- Rest day (Charlie Kirk was all I could think about)
Today- 3.2 mile walk. I did not sleep well over the news yesterday; I am heart broken.

Great job with the workouts everyone. I have to go back and read all of the posts to catch up. All I can say is, the world is a scary place...

I decided to get in a weight workout on top of the walk because of all my pent-up energy I have today. I decided to do CL #465 Strong and fit upper body and had a great workout! I like this workout because you can either lift heavier and do less reps or do higher reps lower weights. I am now going to go back and catch up on all of your posts from the week.

Today I did Killer Legs premix bonus barre work with the warm up and stretch, 28 minutes, 112 calories, heart rate 99/120. I then did LMR Lower Body Bonus balance discs adding the floor band work and stretch from lower body, 31 minutes, 95 calories, heartrate 89/100. Total time 59 minutes, 207 calories.
I did not sleep much last night. I feel so sad about Charlie Kirk. What a terrible thing and why are people so hateful? There is something wrong with people that are happy being hateful. It makes no sense.

Belinda, nice work getting in some yoga this morning. I hope the surgery went well today.

Debbie, good job on Raw Box, Band, and abs. I shut my watch down last night and restarted it before I went to bed. It seemed okay today. The workout I did was not a real calorie burner. I just wanted to get in some lower body stuff without picking up weights.

Jolie, great job on the walks and workouts this week. Nice work adding in CL #465 Strong and fit upper body today.

Roselyn, nice work on the trampoline today.
 
Good morning,

The lens rotation surgery went well. I had some discomfort last night which is normal. I rested once I got home. I feel much better this morning. I have a follow up appointment today.
