Good morning,

I will do some stretching/yoga and go for a walk shortly.

I forgot to mention I also I a free on zoom Pilates class. I really like it. I may sign up.

Today I did CDorner Step #489 60 minutes, 347 calories, heart rate 127/155, 4,745 steps. I finished with Yoga Adrienne Neck, shoulders, upper back and some CDorner mobility, 29 minutes, 60 calories. Total time 89 minutes, 407 calories. I spent some time working with my dog on leash walking. At least I have finally gotten him to not turn and jump on me. I even got him out to the front yard and he walked to the mail box, front door and back around to the back yard. I may get him leash trained finally.

Belinda, good for you getting in a nice long walk and Zoom pilates class. I think Cathe's 3rd LMR 2 bonus download is supposed to be up tomorrow. I should go look and see if she has said what it is. I don't see it. I was sure I read it on one of the emails this week.

This morning I did RAW Lift w/CardioAcceleration #4 and had a great workout. This one was fun except the squat thrusters, I ended up just doing her modification of the side to side lunges.

I used my step with 2 risers and each exercise was 45 seconds on/15 seconds off. This is a 30 minute workout.

Circuit 1
Gorilla Row: 25's
Reverse Lunges: 15's
Triple Inner Thigh/Squats
Repeat

Circuit 2
Lateral Raise/Front Raise: 8's
Side Lunges: 8's
2 Knee/Jacks
Repeat

Circuit 3
Overhead Triceps Extension: 15#
Left/Right Goblet Squats: 15#
Squat Thrusts off Step
Repeat

Circuit 4
Supinated Hammer Curls: 15's
Kickstand Deadlifts: 15's
2 Low Jack/2 Rear Kicks
Repeat

Then I did RAW Boxing Finisher using my 1.5# egg weights. This is a great compliment add-on to the first workout I did, loved it.

Total workout was 46 minutes, burned 320 calories and HR was 125/180.

Can't believe it is already September. Geez! I'm LOVING the weather, though!

Heat wave here this week! :( This is what I did the past few days.
Wed- 4 mile walk
Thursday- All In Upper Body
Friday- 4 mile walk
Saturday- 6 mile walk
Sunday- rest day
Monday- 5 mile steep uphill walk on the TM, wow oh wow was that tuff but I did it!
Today- CL Upper Body Challenge with the ball.

My bathroom is finally finished so I will be back to regular workouts going forward, no need to be missing them for contractors until we start the next one!

Debbie, great job on the workout today, that looks like a good one. Do you take Beet root, Olive leaf extract and grape seed extract? Those would help a lot! Olive leaf especially.

Diane Sue, great job on the workout and it is great when our dogs behave on the leash, right!

Belinda, nice job on the walk and workout. What free subscription are you doing?

Debbie, great job on RAW Lift w/Cardio Acceleration #4 and boxing finisher. I always have mixed feelings about September. A bit cooler, but it means summer which I love is over and I am not so much a fan of rainy weather.

Jolie, nice work on the walks, CL All In Upper Body, CL Upper Body Challenge with the ball. I am hoping to get my dog out for some walks here and there. It has taken time to get his trust. He still has separation anxiety when we are gone or out of the room. I am working on that. He is cuddly over all.

Diane - great job on your UB workout. It was the original LMR? I am downloading the bonus upper body. I will do that one tomorrow.

Debbie - great job on RAW Lift w/cardio Acceleration #4 and finisher.

Jolie - great job on your workouts. I’ll bet your bathroom looks fabulous. What color did you pick? I need ideas. I am not following a free subscription. I am doing a free 30 day yoga/pilates on YT. I did do a free Pilates class on Sunday. I follow the instructor for a while and like how she teaches Pilates. Her subscriptions is a little expensive.

Belinda, yes it was the original LMR. I downloaded the LMR 2 bonus upper body heavy weights. I wrote down all of the moves and would never do all of those bench presses with 25's. Way to much I think for my pain areas right now. It moves from lots of chest to close grip then lots of triceps then by the time it gets to shoulders the weights get much lower. When I do decide I can try I will go much lighter. Mostly 10 reps for all moves.
Nice work on the zoom dance and day 2 yoga challenge.
