Heat wave here this week!

This is what I did the past few days.
Wed- 4 mile walk
Thursday- All In Upper Body
Friday- 4 mile walk
Saturday- 6 mile walk
Sunday- rest day
Monday- 5 mile steep uphill walk on the TM, wow oh wow was that tuff but I did it!
Today- CL Upper Body Challenge with the ball.
My bathroom is finally finished so I will be back to regular workouts going forward, no need to be missing them for contractors until we start the next one!
Debbie, great job on the workout today, that looks like a good one. Do you take Beet root, Olive leaf extract and grape seed extract? Those would help a lot! Olive leaf especially.
