Diane - great job CDorner step aerobics #420 + Cathe STS 2 Total Body Stretch. Yesterday I did find a physical therapy which sounds promising. They highly rated. I am going to give them a try. Sorry you had to go through so much pain. That doesn’t sound pleasant. I have an appointment on the 18th. I hear your frustration on Walmart. Glad they refunded your money.

That’s it for me today. Next week I am starting STS 2 week 8. Not sure what I will do afterward?

Today I did CDorner Arms and Abs dumbbells only, 51 minutes, 198 calories, heart rate 113/150. I followed that with Flow with Myra Spine Flex, 29 minutes, 36 calories. Total time 80 minutes 234 calories.
I wrote down the arms and abs moves ahead of time listed under the video in Youtube I did not see shoulders listed so was surprised when that was the first group of moves. I might have chosen something else, but at least it was not overhead presses.

Belinda, you are doing great with STS 2 shoulders and walk today. I liked the PT I had with the shoulder. He watched to make sure I was doing moves properly and explained what I needed to do. I am glad you found a PT that seems like would be a good one.
The thing is Walmart gives me a refund, but then when I reorder I feel I need to still tip the delivery person as it is not their fault. It is either the shopper or the people that load the stuff in their delivery people's cars. They use a company called Spark for delivery.

Today I did STS Mobility 1.

Diane - great job on your arms and ab workout yesterday. I am looking forward to the PT soon. I am glad the refunded your money. Sorry for having to tip the delivery person again.

I have an infusion tomorrow, will not check in until later.
 
I did not check in over weekend, I totally forgot to do it! This is what I did for my workouts.
Saturday- 4 mile walk with the pup at the beach, 561 calories and 1 hour 22 minutes.
Sunday- CL Vertical Loading #2, 1 hour and I burned 407 calories.
Today I will take a rest day.

Belinda, I bet the STS mobility workout was good! I have not tried any of those types of workouts in her new series. I just bought the weight lifting workouts on DVDs.

Roselyn, nice job with the workouts the past two days. Are you doing STS?

This morning I did STS 2 Biceps (One Body Part) and had a great workout. I was in a lot of pain yesterday with my upper back but used my body buddy and heated it with my bean bag thing and I feel better today. Not sure what is going on again, really sick of this. I had a great workout, though

This is the workout:
Barbell Curls: 30# - 2 sets/8 reps
Barbell Curl/Pause Reps: 30# - 8 rep
Kneeling Alt. Sweeper Curls: 15's - 8 reps (I did these standing)
Kneeling Double Arm Sweeper Curls: 15's - 8 reps (I them standing)
Hammer Sweeper Curls: 15's - 8 reps
CrossBody Curls: 15's - 8 reps
Kneeling Hammer/CrossBody Curls: 15's - 6 reps (I did them standing)
Incline Curls on Stability Ball: 15's - 2 sets/10 reps
Single Arm Preacher Curls: 17.5# - 2 sets/8 reps (I did concentration curls because the way she does these on the stability ball does not feel right to me)
Banded Dumbbell Curls: 5's + Blue band - Lots of reps
Reverse Curls: 12's - 2 sets/12 reps
Barbell Wrist Curls: 8's - 16 reps (I used dumbbells)

My arms were toast. I went up in weight quite a bit from the last time I did this. Workout was 39 minutes, burned 162 calories and HR was 97/125.

I do not have time for personals today, I have my Bus Driver Banquet this Thursday and have a lot to do. Hope you all have great workouts!!!

Today I did STS 2 Week 8 back and SBF stretch.

Jolie - the mobility workouts are short. I do like them, not a big fan of the Recovery workout. Great job on your workouts this weekend.

Debbie - great job on STS 2 Biceps.

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing #6 and really liked it a lot. I was worried as I am still having knot issues, but I didn't use my egg weights and honestly, it wasn't even bothering me. I loved all the combos, they were all fun to do.

Workout was 32 minutes, burned 292 calories, did 3439 steps and HR was 155/187.

I also did some PT exercises and did some stretching.

Jolie - I liked the stretching workouts and I think I did the recovery one but I don't remember it now. LOL!! I think you should get all the STS 2 DVD's, they are all good. Love the core DVD.

Belinda - Nice workout on back yesterday. Any news on your RV yet?

Roselyn - Great job with Iron Quad.

SBF (Suzanne Bowen Fitness Barre) abs and STS 2 Chest is done.

Debbie - nice workout this morning. The RV is still in Red Bay, AL. It looks like it will be there for a few more weeks. We are not happy about that.

Jolie - I agree with Debbie on the STS 2 set. They are all good.

Diane - I forgot to mention, we are getting a Sprouts soon.

Need to get some things done around the house. BBL

Yesterday I did Raw kickbox #7, 33 minutes, heart rate 134/156, 177 calories. I followed with raw String along glutes, 20 minutes, heart rate 114/143, 83 calories. I finished off with Raw Yoga Stretch, 14 minutes, 22 calories. Total time was 67 minutes, 282 calories.
Today I was tired and dizzy. No energy since I hardly slept. I just did CDorner Total Body Morning Mobility day 6 and STS 2.0 Mobility #1, 34 minutes, 51 calories. I was planning to go to my ladies group get together to make cards, but just was not feeling up to it. So basically a rest day. I have an appointment early in the morning so will comment tomorrow.

This morning I did RAW Ripped & Ride June 2019. Had a great workout. I used my treadmill and did light and faster paced jogging.

Each weight exercise was for 1 minute.

Treadmill: 5:25 minutes

Bent Over Rows: 15's
Hammer Curls: 15's
Upright Rows: 12's
Overhead Triceps Extension: 15#
Chest Press: 15's

Treadmill: 5 minutes

Reverse Flies: 12's
Front Curls: 15's
Overhead Shoulder Press: 12's
Kickbacks: 8's
Dumbbell Flies: 15's

Treadmill: 5 minutes

Lawn Mowers: 15#
Supinated Curls: 15's
Lateral Raise: 8's
Skull Crushers: 12's
Modified Pullovers: 15# (I did chest press/flyes)

Treadmill: 5 minutes

Workout was 48 minutes, burned 403 calories and HR was 142/182. I did 1.17 miles on the treadmill which took 20 minutes.

Belinda - I don't blame you for being upset about your RV. That is ridiculous. Hopefully you will be able to get it back soon. Nice job on your workout.

Diane - I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I hope you are better today.

Sorry for not checking in the past two days, I have two sick dogs, and I have been at the vet hospital a lot!!!! I have cleaned up more messes than I care to talk about, I still do not know what is wrong with them. I am waiting to get some test results back, hopefully by tomorrow. I have not worked out since Sunday, and I am not happy about it but this is life I guess.

Great job on the workouts everyone. I am praying for all the poor people in Florida. I hope to get a workout in tomorrow if all goes well. We shall see...

Today I did a workout after I came home from my eye appointment. I did CDorner Biceps and Triceps using Raw Timesaver warm up since there was no warm up, 29 minutes, 150 calories. I finished with Flow with Myra chest and shoulders stretch/mobility, 25 minutes, 37 calories. Total time 54 minutes, 187 caloriesI need to get in the rest of the upper body sometime this week. I had something happen in the joint just below my next to little finger a few days ago and it still hurts, has a knot and is bruised looking. It makes it hard to lift and avoid pressure on it. I came home and tried to take a nap, but it did not work since I drank too double shots of expresso this morning to wake myself up. I am not used to getting up early. Now I am dragging.

Prayers for those people in the hurricane path. This is so sad!

CDorner Biceps and Triceps 45 sec work 21 minutes with no warm up (she did an upper body first and said that was why no warm up so move around a bit if you did not do the other workout)

Debbie, nice job on Kickboxing 5 and today's Ripped and Ride. I have not been using weighted gloves or dbs with kickboxing. I still get some pain part of the time. I am trying to be safe so I don't get all of that pain I was having in my spine and neck. Still a little worried about hitting the back again. It is much better though. I think it depends on the moves I do.

Belinda, I am sorry about the RV. I would be so upset. That was your dream for travel and they are spoiling it. You want it done right though so you do not have to keep going back. They are taking up your travel time. Nice work on yesterday's SB barre and STS 2 Chest and today's walk and SBF stretch. That is great that you are getting a Sprouts. I wish they would put one closer to where I am right now. I can get delivery, but it was so nice before because they were right around the corner and I went quite often to pick up a few things.

Jolie, having more than one sick dog is terrible. I went through that a few times in the past. Messes in the crates and on the floor. I hope they figure out what it is so you can get it stopped. I agree with the others, you can't go wrong getting all of the STS 2 dvds. The abs and mobility workouts are all good as well.

STS 2 Biceps is done. Sadie isn’t feeling well today, she has an upset stomach. Poor thing! I will be back to catch up on personals

Diane - yeah, the dream of traveling this year is over. Once we pick it up maybe we do some short traveling. DH already planing next year travels. The Sprouts is still gonna be a 45 min drive one way, so it’s not that close. It’s closer than the one close to DC. I live in the country, lol. I have to drive to Leesburg VA to shop at Wegmanns. I defiantly will check out Sprouts too. Wished we had one right in our Town. It’s too small. Great job on your biceps and triceps workout. Glad you staying safe with your workouts. I also keeping it lighter and safe.

Belinda, that is what is wrong with my two dogs, upset stomach and vomiting too. All the test are coming back good so what is the problem? If you figure out what is wrong with Sadie, please let me know.

Today I finally got in a workout. I did RAW R&R December 2019 Boxing Upper Body and weights and did better than I thought since I am so tired today. Workout was 45 minutes and I burned 401 calories. I used light weights compared to the last time I did the workout, I am just not feeling a ton of energy today.

Diane Sue, nice job with the workout yesterday.

Belinda, great job with STS Biceps today. I hope Sadie feels better. Mine have been sick since Saturday!

Debbie, great job with the kickboxing 5 workout!

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing 7, which I really enjoyed. I didn't use egg weights but felt like I should have. I don't want to make the knot any worse. Still have a great workout.

I then looked for the ab work Kelly does with parts of it standing and parts on the floor. I could not find it, I don't even know the name of it. I wasted about 10 minutes looking then ran out of time. :mad: I wish her workouts were a bit easier to find. She needs a section with just her ab workouts in it. I ended up stretching and calling it a day.

Workout was 33 minutes, burned 289 calories, did 3487 steps and HR was 135/180.

I had to setup for the Bus Driver Banquet at the hall where I'm having it tonight. I am now back at work but will be going back around 3:30. Long day, I won't get home until around 9. I don't think I'll be working out tomorrow morning so I hope you all have a great weekend!!
