Good Morning, I am not going to workout this morning. I may do something later after I get my haircut or do a split up workout tomorrow. I was thinking if One on One Road Warrior comes tomorrow I may want to try it out LOL I think I could use some stretching. Never made the hot tub last night. Thought I was going to finish a book and fell asleep instead LOL 7 pages left!!
Suz, so are you saying that they wanted you to work on the rotator cuff??
Hermia, I love the Oikos plain greek yogurt. And the extra protein and O fat and low calories is a bonus. Funny, I like to put a few dark chocolate cips in sometimes too. I sometimes put some raisins in it as well. No, I don't have that Tracey's dvd. I have read about it on Cathe's. I may have to check it out. Amy does some balancing stuff while doing weight that is good on the Bootcamp dvd too. I probably could have burned a few more calories doing it but when dropping to the floor and coming back up with weights I kept having to stop and see how she was doing it. Got my heartrate into the upper end. My monitor was beeping like crazy
Also I used only 8# for most till I hit the abs and butt.
