Today I had an excellent workout, I got great sleep and boy does that make a huge difference. I did STS Meso 2 Disc #16, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and this was a Back Off workout, which I love. Workout was an hour and I think I will be feeling this workout tomorrow.

Debbie, great job on the two boxing workouts today! Busy at work but summer is right around the corner!

Diane Sue, I am so sorry that you are dealing with all of this crap with your body. Hang tight, things will be looking up soon.

Belinda, great job on the dance workout yesterday and I hope you got a great night's sleep.

This morning I did STS 1, Meso 2, Week 4, Back & Biceps. I had a great workout. Most of the exercises in this workout were drop sets, which I loved. I wonder why she doesn't do many drop sets with chest and tri's? Especially chest, she does none with that muscle group.

Anyways, 1 minute rest unless it was a drop set, then it was 10 seconds rest until the drop set is complete.

Workout was 45 minutes, burned 227 calories, HR was 106/142.

I am really bummed to hear Kelly is moving to YouTube. I wonder if you will be able to watch without a subscription? If I have to deal with ads, that's fine. Roxie, do you know how it will work? I also wonder if she is going to upload all her old workouts that are on Coffeyfit? I hope so, there are many that I love.

Debbie-from what I have read to keep your stuff you will have to subscribe. She has a zoom meeting with Vemo on Monday they are the ones that do her channel she can’t afford it any more

Today I did RAW Kickbox NRG and had a great workout. I like this one, it's a lot of fun. I also did most of RAW Ab Finisher. I like that one too, but the music isn't great. It's her sons music and I just don't care for that kind of genre. Plus she plays them three times in a a row and it gets annoying. Oh well, it's still a great workout. I used my 8# dumbbell for it. Abs were burning.

Workout was 49 minutes, burned 384 calories, did 3709 steps and HR was 138/1182.

Roxie - Thanks for the info. This bums me out but maybe it will workout better. Who knows. $4.99 a month isn't bad.

Belinda - Good job with CL #528 yesterday, sounds like a great workout!

Jolie - Nice workout on Tuesday, I'm loving STS 1. I'm going to look over Meso 3 and decide if I want to do that next. I'm taking next week as a recovery week. I'll do ab work, stretching and light cardio.

Yesterday I walked the pup 2.8 miles in the am and 2 miles in the pm. Today I woke up completely exhausted, I do not know what is wrong with me today. I did clean a lot yesterday and did yard work, maybe it is from that much work to do at my age? Anyway, I was supposed to do Back and Biceps today, but I am going to take a rest day except for walking the pup this afternoon. I will do the workout I had planned for today this weekend instead.

Debbie, great job with your workout today. I might make next week a rest week too, I am tired, and I have not taken much time off in a long time. I was just going to re subscribe to the RAW workouts tomorrow, bummer that is going to be gone now.

Roxie, thanks for all the info on Kelly and her RAW workouts.

Today I did 2 hours of belly dancing back to back. I been decluttering my digital contents. I been deleting so many photos and videos.

Roselyn - great job on glutes and abs.

Jolie - great job on your walk. I been doing a lot of decluttering/cleaning. I am exhausted. I hope taking a rest day will help.

Debbie - great job on RAW Kickbox NRG. LOL, about the music. Must be horrible.I think you would like CL# 528, it was an upper body/core workout. Only around 35 min.

I wanted to get some movement in today so did CDorner Low Impact Aerobics and stretch, 35 minutes, 207 calories, heart rate 125/158, 3,345 steps. I changed some of the stretching because she was doing side bends and forward flexion. I added a few bird dogs at the end and other stretches. I had a nice time with my ladies group Tuesday, and I just rested yesterday since my husband was off. I am trying to be careful what I do for workouts.
You would think that Kelly would put that on her app or webpage. the only thing I have seen is on Instagram she says new workouts coming in June. I pay monthly for her app through Amazon digital. I have never did a paid subscription for youtube.

Debbie, good job on Raw Kickbox NRG and Raw Abs Finisher. I think if Kelly goes to Youtube she has to pay for good music being used. At least that is what Chris says. She says she makes nothing for the workout for certain music because she has to pay to use it. Those ads on youtube are irritating. I tried to watch a dog training video and every few minutes there was an ad.

Roxie, are you getting the info from Kelly's facebook group? I miss that group since I no longer use facebook.
