Today I did live zoom dance and Pilates full body. DD/fiancé left yesterday. They are in FL.

This morning I did RAW Box & Pump 2 and had a great workout. I love the boxing drills in this one, they are fun. And the 80's music is killer!!!

Anyways, this was the workout:

Boxing Drill
Rows
: 15's - 16 reps
Run Rows: 8's - lots of reps

Boxing Drill
Overhead Press
: 12's - 16 reps
Connected Front/Side Raise: 8's

Boxing Drill
Overhead Triceps Extension
: 15#
Run Kickbacks: 8's

Boxing Drill
Chest Flies
: 15's - 16 slow reps
Run Press: 8's - lots of reps
Ab work: 5's
Hammer Curls: 15's - 16 reps
Run Curls: 8's - lots of reps

This was 41 minutes and I burned 308 calories, did 3384 steps and HR was 135/178.

Belinda - Great job on your workouts this weekend!! Sorry you were by yourself. I'm always away on the weekends but I don't know where everyone else is. I would think if something happened to one of Jolie's parents she would have told us. I worry that something happened to her.

Roselyn - Great job with your workout.

Hi,

I don‘t know if mentioned it last week? I broke my tooth in 3 places due to an old filling. The dentist replaced the filling and put a crown on top. I have to wait for 2 weeks before the actual crown gets put on. I have to be carful eating on the temporary crown. Once the anesthesia wore off I had some tooth pain. I was so nervous this morning, had no idea what to expect. I didn‘t feel a thing, lol. It was easy breezy. I am sure the next few days my tooth will hurt a little. I took it easy today.

I did Pilates hips.

Debbie - great job on your workout today. I was wondering where everyone is? I know you are always away on the weekend. I am worried about Jolie too. It‘s not like her not checking in. I pray everything is okey with her. I hope she will check in soon to let us know she is okey.

Diane - I know you moved this weekend. I hope all went well. Thinking about you.

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing, it's an old one but a fun one. I used my 1.5# egg weights. Kelly needs to put more just boxing workouts out there. Her newer stuff doesn't interest me at all. Not sure why she is changing directions on the type of workouts she is doing? Probably diversity for the YouTube crowd.

Workout was 35 minutes, burned 235 calories, went 3192 steps and HR was 125/165.

Belinda - Ouch on the tooth!! I'm glad it was fixed and wasn't horrible. I find the dentist's now a days are pretty pain free. My dentist is really good. That initial poke for the novacaine shot sucks, but after that it's not too bad.

I am pain free today. I slept good last night. Woke up no pain. That‘s good. I took some Tylenol before I went to bed.

I did 2 live dance classes and a quick Pilates. I also went for a walk outside. It‘s 79 outside.

Debbie - great job on your Raw KB today. I agree, dentist are pretty pain free these days. Like I said, didn‘t felt a thing. They also very caring.

Today I finally did a short workout. I did Senior Shape Strength one dumbbell workout hitting everything. Each move was done in a pattern of 20 sec then 20 pulses followed by 20 sec iso hold 3 moves then repeat for each block of moves if that makes sense. I also did a morning stretch 20 minutes. I used the gym they have here in their house but had to use my tablet as their is no tv or player in there. A lot of nice equipment. A couple of them I have not seen before, weight machine, vibration plate, one that I guess is sort of seated with cables and foot pad, one I think is for abs, weight set like bowflex, and two elliptical climber machines. They put my step bench, weights, and things in a little alcove in that room. I may just have to sign up for on Demand if I want to continue what I was doing. I will see. We close tomorrow morning. We went over to clean the floors after all of the moving and leave it all nice. I need some sleep!! My dog whined all night the first night. He shredded a whole beach towel while we were gone, and he was in his crate today. Running out of bedding material. Last night we left him out of the crate, and he was quiet lying by the bed. We will start looking for something soon, I think. I wish that I had purchased downloads with my dvds this time.

Belinda, sorry about the tooth. Nice work on the two dance classes and pilates.

Debbie, good job on the Raw Kickboxing. I noticed some of the workouts on Coffey Fit. I cannot see all of them since I do not have a subscription right now. It seems a lot of instructors are doing more functional stuff, balance and coordination, and mobility. Changing it up would probably draw in a few more people. I bought my boxing gloves with me and will have to find some boxing workouts to do. I like it with kicking as well as boxing though. I just do not get much calorie burn with just boxing only. I get sore shoulders though.

I am up early to get my workout in. DH has a follow up appointment.

I did CL# 583 Non-Stop Total Body 2 = 38 min. Had an amazing and sweaty workout. Cathe used the band and body weights a lot. I did had to modify one of the core exercises. I did Pilates toe taps instead.

Diane - great job keeping up with your workout. The gym sounds amazing. I am sure you would love OnDemand. Sorry there isn‘t a player or TV. Your poor dog is probably confused. He will adjust. Those downloads come in handy. I hardly use mine except when I travel. OnDemand is only $20 a month. Not to bad if you need for a month or two. Good luck with everything.

We have thunderstorms this morning. I love thunderstorms until they turn violent. Me and my dad would sit on our front porch and watch the lightning and feel the thunder. It was so cool. Now it seems like you can't do that because the storms get so bad. Hopefully we won't lose power today. This morning I did RAW Lower Lift & Kick. I had a great workout, I really love this workout. Wow are my glutes and thighs still feeling it.

Belinda - I'm thinking about subscribing to Cathe's live workouts again. I don't know, it's expensive but I want to mix it up with Kelly and someone else. I loved the Iron series from Caroline, but the other series she has doesn't look up my ally. We'll see. Nice job on your workout!!

Diane - I'm sure you have been so busy with the move. I'm glad you have a cool workout room to workout in. I think downloading workouts is the way to go in this day and age. DVD's just aren't feasible anymore. Yea, Kelly's workouts have been on the weird side for me. I miss her old school type workouts. Hope you can relax now and take your time finding the perfect house. Now's your chance to get whatever you have ever wished for!! If only it were that simple, right? LOL!!

Google Afternoon,

Yesterday my oldest DD took me to the eye doctor because I won’t drive in the city it’s in and she found a wonderful walking trail so we did that before my appointment and we walked over 3 miles. Today I walked on the treadmill because it went from 80 degrees yesterday to 38 today so to cold to walk outside and I did Raw Timesaver Pull.

I will do Live dance class plus Pilates.

Debbie - we had a lot of thunderstorms last night. Once my subscription runs out in April, I will go back to my DVD’s. I signed up for a year, got a great offer around April last year. I probably will sprinkle a month of live here and there? With downloads they do take up space on my iPad/icloud. Plus, you don‘t get the premixes. I loved the Iron and Beast Mode series from Caroline. Same here, I didn‘t click with her other once’s. I would never get rid off my DVD‘s, lol. If you have a few subscriptions, it gets expensive over time, JMO!

Love the CardioAcceleration workouts. They are fun.

Roxie - It got cold here fast, too. Went from 72 yesterday to 30 this morning. Sucks!!! Nice job on your walk!! Can't wait until summer so I can go walk in the parks.

Belinda - Maybe she will have another deal on the live workouts in April. If so, I will definitely get on the bandwagon. I should check out the Beast mode ones, I thought I looked at that one and saw all kinds of high intensity cardio workouts in it. I know I can skip those and do something else, but for some reason it turned me off. I need to make sure that is the series I'm thinking about. I won't get rid of my DVD's either. I still have a DVD player. Two actually! LOL!

No workout for me today. I had to work really late last night (spelling bee) and I just didn't want to get up so early.

So I heard about a Youtube workout lady named "Grow with Jo" who does a lot of walking videos along with weight workouts. I plan to check her out and use her for my cardio days since I need something different. Hopefully it's good. I'll let you all know.

Today I did Cathe Live #584 Total Body muscle. I had a great workout. I also did Pilates shoulder mobility and abs.

Debbie - I subscribed to her channel a long time ago. Never did a workout. Let me know how you like her. I slept in today too.

I’m deciding if I’m signing up for Caroline again I might take a break and check out Cathy live. I do love Caroline so today was the finale. It was a total body.
