Hardcore Fitness Maniacs March 2025

This morning I did RAW Kickboxing #3 and then did RAW Yoga Stretch. I really like the music in the KB one, its good and upbeat. I also really liked the Yoga Stretch, I will be doing that one more often.

Total workout time was 48 minutes, burned 349 calories, did 3223 steps and HR was 137/178.

Belinda - nice job on your hike and Giant sets workout!

Diane - OMG, I am so sorry to hear about your dog. How sad. I understand your decision, though, we would have done the same thing. Why prolong the inevitable and the misery for the poor thing. Aww, I am so sad to hear this. I use Anthony's Marine Collagen and really like it. I used to use Vital Proteins but that stuff is just way overpriced. Anthony's is a great and trusted brand and I buy a lot of their powders. I have been using Marine Collagen for years and years. I never had joint issues so it must be helping with that.

I did live zoom dance plus .STS 2 No Equipment Abs + STS 2 Chair Yoga. Dh and I went for a long walk yesterday evening.

Debbie - great job on your kickboxing workout.

Diane - I am so sorry to hear about your dog. Is it Gerdi? I know the decision isn’t easy. My heart goes out to you. You poor thing.

Today I did STS 2.0 Body Parts Triceps. Had an excellent workout, I like this one even though I don't like working my triceps.

1 minute rest between sets.

Lying Overhead Barbell Extension: 30# - 3 sets/10 reps
R/L Single Arm Overhead Extension: 12# - 2 sets/10 reps
Dips: 30# in lap - 3 sets/8 reps
R/L Kneeling Single Arm Kickback: 12# - 2 sets/10 reps
Band Overhead Extension: 15# band - 2 sets/12 reps
Band Triceps Pressdown, Palms back: 20# band - 2 sets/12 reps
Band Reverse Grip Pressdown, Palms front: 20# band - 2 sets/12 reps

Total time was 39 minutes, burned 179 calories, HR was 103/131.
