Today I did Lift Move Restore Total Body skipping the chest and abs. I used 5,8, & 10# dumbbells and the 10# weight plate. I used dumbbells also when Cathe used the barbell.  Total time was 47 minutes, 154 calories. I was looking at the papers for my cardiovascular doctor appointment this month.  When I saw it said let them know if you are claustrophobic, I had to go look up exactly what a cardi PET scan is.  Not looking forward to that one.  I would rather do the regular stress test. 
Belinda, nice work on JS Gentle Yoga: Let it Go.  That is so nice that your daughter gave you a private restorative yoga session. It would be nice to have someone that could help with individual needs.
I watch some of those physical therapy videos and I feel they are generally for people that have never worked out or did a balance workout.  So, they are really not all that helpful.

Debbie, great job on Ripped with Hiit Chest Shoulders and Triceps.  I am glad you had a fun day with cousins and friend at the Amish community Friday.
