This is what I do know about skin cancer and sunscreens, seed oils and sunglasses. First, seed oils in food oxidize into poison and cause free radical pathology. When you have seed oils in your system and you sit in the sun, this can cause cancer. Sunscreen is all toxic chemicals and most contain chemicals that are very harming to your skin, liver, kidneys and can cause skin cancer just by sitting on your skin while in the sun, and sunglasses are a doozy! There was no skin cancer before sunscreen and sunglasses and seed oils in our foods. Our eyes produce a hormone that protects our skin from the sun when our eyes see bright sunlight. When it is nighttime, our eyes tell the brain it is dark outside and stops producing the hormone. When you put sunglasses on to block the sun's rays, your eyes tell the brain to stop producing the hormone, it is dark outside when in fact, it is light outside. If you do not wear sunglasses while in the sun, you do not get burned. If you wear sunglasses in the sun you will most likely get burned. Also, you need bright sunlight in your eyes for your Sarcadium Rythem. Hope that helps. Bottom line, sun is the best thing for your body and mind. If you stay out of the sun, you will most likely get some sort of cancer or depression and or another type of desease. Vitamin D from the sun is so essential to the cells to function properly. If you are taking Vit D supplements you MUST take them with Vitamin K2 that included MK4 and MK7, magnesium and calcium with minerals otherwise they do not absorb properly.
Yesterday I walked the pup 2.6 miles in the am and 2 miles in the pm. Today's workout was Cathe's Xtrain Biceps and Triceps disc #2. I did really well with the weights, but I will do even better the next time know that I have the workout and my weights written down. I do like these workouts, it has been ages since I have done them, and I do not know why I stopped!
