Hi all! I went on the Cathe website to see if she still sells the tower unit so I can start doing barbell bench presses again. It doesn't look like she sells them anymore. Am I missing something? Also, I was looking for the diagonal block that goes on the step to make it an incline bench. Don't see that either.

Xtrain Burn Sets - Chest, Back & Shoulders. Had a great workout, I will really feel this tomorrow. Liked this format but could have used a little longer rest between sets.
CHEST
Dumbbell Press: 26s - 1 sets/10 reps
Dumbbell Press: 30's - 1 sets/10 reps
Dumbbell Press: 30's - 11 reps (to failure)
Dumbbell Flies: 25's - 2 sets/10 reps

BACK
One Arm Row: 30# - 2 sets/10 reps - 1 set/11 reps (to failure)
Double Arm Row: 15's - 2 sets/10 reps - 12 reps (to failure)
Seated Rear Flies: 15's - 2 sets/10 reps - 12 reps (to failure)
Burn Set: Supermans: Skipped
SHOULDERS
Standing Overhead Press: 15's - 1 set/10 reps
Standing Overhead Press: 15's - 1 set/9 reps
Standing Overhead Press: 15's - 1 set/8 reps (to failure)
Single Arm Lateral Raise: 8# - 2 set/10 reps - 8# - 1 set/10 reps (to failure)
Single Arm Rear Delt Fly: 10's - 2 sets/10 reps - 1 set/25 reps (to failure and I did Double arm delt flyes due to time)
Burn Set: Scarecrow: 5's - 12 reps
Workout was 46 minutes, burned 279 calories, HR was 118/147.
Belinda- I'll have to see what dishwasher I have, I love it and it has the top shelf for spoons, etc. I got it at Menards and it was very reasonable in cost. If you haven't gotten one yet, I'll let you know tomorrow.
