Wow, July already. Incredible.

Yesterday I did STS Meso 1 - Back and Triceps. Had a good workout but went light. I'm sore but not so much that I can't move.

Workout was 49 minutes, burned 197 calories and HR was 94/125.

Today I did RAW Kickbox 2 Pop Rock which was fun, I enjoyed it. I stopped when she said if you didn't want to do anymore then just go on with your day. So I did.

Workout was 42 minutes, burned 351 calories, did 3303 steps and HR was136/186.

Jolie - I used to do the Firm workouts but as I remember, something changed with it and I didn't like them anymore. I honestly don't think I could ever do those workouts again. I used to do Jane Fonda and if I remember correctly, I had it on a 33 album. LOL!! OMG, times have changed. Have fun on your vacation!!

Belinda - I will definitely keep you all posted on my website. OMG on the RT being cancelled, that is certainly not a good thing. I would think Cathe would keep her OnDemand and Live workouts going, she has to be making money on those. I hope she does, I'm really loving being able to stream these workouts. Great job with your workout!

Diane - I'm so sorry to hear you are having pain in your hips and knees. I hope it subsides soon. You're getting some decent workouts in, though. And I agree, we certainly don't rest as much as we should.

Roselyn - Nice job with your workouts! I'm doing STS too. So far I'm enjoying them but they are a bit longer than I usually like to do.

Today I did Lauren 4500 Step Walk & Dance cardio, 47 minutes, 281 steps calories. I am pretty sure it was around the step count it says. I forgot to check before I started, but when I was done this morning my watch said 5,258 calories. I started after I got up and had my breakfast and coffee.

Belinda, nice job on STS D21 Back/Biceps plus Pilates.

Debbie, good job on Meso 1 Back and Triceps yesterday and RAW Kickbox 2 Pop Rock today. II am glad it was a fun workout.
Not being in my own workout space I tend to keep my workouts shorter. Maybe partly because my husband is here all of the time and I feel guilty if I leave him alone all day.
 
Today I did Lauren Strengthen Your Bones and Balance, 33 minutes, 120 calories. I used 12# dumbbells instead of the 10 she used and two dumbbells for some of the moves that she suggested 2 if you want to, That is it for today. I have tasks I need to get done and I slept in late this morning.
 
Hi all! Today I did RAW Lower Lift & Kick. I don't like the STS Meso 1 leg workouts, they go on forever and I can't stand walking lunges. Had a great workout.

Workout was 36 minutes, burned 194 calories and HR was 106/134.

Diane - Good job with your workouts. Any luck with finding a house?

Happy 4th of July,

Sorry for not checking in, I have hardly any signal. We are having a great time. We will leave tomorrow.

I will catch up on personals when I get home tomorrow.

So I've only been doing upper body workouts. I don't know what I did to my knee but it is stiff and hurts!!. I went to the urgent care Wednesday and he said it looks like my bursa are swollen. The swelling went down some so it's just stiff and hurts so bad. I don't remember hurting it, but it did start hurting the night. I had done a leg exercise out so I'm going to the orthopedic surgeon Wednesday to see what the heck is going on right now. I'm just resting it. I don't know what else to do for it. I've done the ice for 72 hours. I've been doing some heat and any suggestions

This morning I did RAW Box & Pump 4 and had a great workout!! I'm already tired of Meso 1, LMAO, so I'm not sure what I will be doing now. For now I guess just whatever I want.

Workout was 49 minutes, burned 368 calories, went 3219 steps and HR was 127/163.

Roselyn: I'm so sorry to hear about your knee. I hope it's better by now but that doesn't sound good at all. Icing and wearing a knee brace is all I can suggest. I hope it gets better soon. I'm wondering if one of the Leg workouts you did with Meso 1 did that. That's one reason I didn't want to do the leg workouts. Take care!!

Belinda - Glad you are having a great time! I hope you got home safely.

Roxie - I looked at the 250 workout, it does look good. I didn't do it but might sometime this week.

Just curious about Kelly's new workouts. I'm wondering why she doesn't have Kitty or Sammie or anyone on the new workouts? I wonder if it's a Youtube thing but that really doesn't make sense. I feel like she is changing the way she used to do her RAW channel and I miss the workouts she used to post. I hope it gets better. Some are good but most I don't care to do.

Hi,

We came home late last night, traffics was horrible. I thought we never make it home. I had a good night sleep. We had so much fun. We were in Asheville , NC. The AirBnB we rented wasn’t the cleanest.
We kinda ticked off. Other than that it was brutally hot walking around the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. We visit the state park too. Very beautiful.

Sadie had her follow up appointment with the vet. Sadie is doing great, she got some of her shots today. The vet still wants Sadie to be on the prescription diet. She is adding prescription dry food and threats. The vet is ordering the threats for Sadie. Hopefully they will come in soon.

Today I did STS M2 W4 D22 CST plus a nice stretch.

Roselyn - I am so sorry to hear about your knee. Please be careful. Icing, rest that’s all I can recommend if you don’t want to take medication. Do you still do a lot of Caroline G leg workouts? Those are tough on the knees. Her workouts just wasn’t working for my knees. Feel better.

Debbie - thank you. We made it home safely. Great job on Raw Box & Pump 4.

No workouts the last 3 days. Lots of fun time with family visiting and a 4th of July party. It poured rain in the middle sitting by the pool in back and my grandson and son in law were setting up fireworks. It was awesome watching the lightening and clouds rolling in. It was a downpour for a bit. We went inside all wet and once it let up we went back out to finish the fireworks. No fire hazard that way. I had such a nice time with my youngest brother. We talk a lot, but I have not seen him for quite a few years since my Dad passed away. My brother lives in Florida.
Today I just did Lauren Improve Your Posture and Balance, 27 minutes. I wanted some movement but really tired from staying up late and getting up early. So much going on.

Roselyn, I am sorry about the knee. Ice helps with the swelling. I find it also helps to use a wedge or pillow under my knees to elevate them a bit at night. I hope you can get some help,

Debbie, good job on Box and Pump 4. I looked at the Coffey Fit youtube. They only give a selection for older workouts for the most part so I have no idea what all of the new ones are. I have not joined. Trying to save a lot for a house. Other instructors have others come and workout on their youtbe channels.

Roxie, that is interesting that Kelly says she can go heavier without the others.

Belinda, it sounds like you had a real nice time. We have had places that we rented for a get away that I ended up cleaning up somewhat. I am kind of a clean freak. Nice work on STS M2 W4 D22 CST plus a nice stretch. I hope the new food helps prevent problems for Sadie.
