No workout Sunday and Monday. We had a photographer here Monday for our house listing and Sunday was family dinner and taking some things to storage to declutter. I gave my 3 weighted vests to my daughter in law. I put my pull up/ push up bar on the curb with the rebounder for big trash day and someone took them. They even took my puzzle mats that had lots of claw marks from the dogs. It is kind of hard to get rid of some of my fitness stuff. Those vests always did cause some neck pain and upper back discomfort.
Today I did CDorner high or low impact all standing aerobics, 31 minutes, heart rate 136/162, 212 calories, 4,003 steps. I then did Lauren Senior Shape Strength Training Isometric and balance,41 minutes, 130 calories, heart rate 90/129. Total time spent 72 minutes, 342 calories.

Belinda, good job getting in STS Total Body and today's Zoom Class and Live Pilates Band and Balance. I wonder how you got tear. Do they think the shot will help the tear heal? Are the hip tear and shoulder on the same side? I try to avoid the steroids, but sometimes it is good to get some relief. They do not seem to last long on me.
I got rid of lots of clothes I never wear. I have so much to clear out and get rid of. I had a stack of agenda books from several years. I wonder why I hang onto so much stuff. I am glad that you got your heat up and running. We have snow in the forecast this week. It is cold and my dog wants me to go outside and play. I still have a lot of pain. The doctor had me stop the med I have been taking and says when I come in we can discuss trying a biologic. He did say he could go ahead and prescribe, but I want to talk to him first so will wait till I go for my next appointment.

Jolie, that is a lot of miles of walking. Nice job on the Live Glassboro Road Trip workout. I am sorry your mother got covid and your dad's cancer is back. Getting outside with the long walks is probably good to help you through all of the stress. We may stay at my daughter's house till we get something to move into. They have a gym in their house, and they also have 15 acres to walk on. I could take my dog for a walk in the woods.
