Today was live zoom Pilates Power and Posture (Weights) = 40 min. I had a chance to talk to the instructor at the end of the class to get her option on what I shouldn’t be doing. He gave me a lot of good advice. Once I see the PT, she wants to put plan for me together. So sweet of her. She has had 78 people on live zoom.

Tomorrow I will wake up early before the heater gets installed.

I will get an intra-articular corticosteroid injection. I read you it can damage the cartilage. Make me nerves to get the shot. I will contact my rheum/UPenn to see what they thinks. RP already damage the cartilage in my body.

This morning I did Iron 10 - Back & Biceps. LOL, I was just complaining last week that she never does biceps. I should have looked ahead. This was a great workout. I will feel it tomorrow.

No workout Sunday and Monday. We had a photographer here Monday for our house listing and Sunday was family dinner and taking some things to storage to declutter. I gave my 3 weighted vests to my daughter in law. I put my pull up/ push up bar on the curb with the rebounder for big trash day and someone took them. They even took my puzzle mats that had lots of claw marks from the dogs. It is kind of hard to get rid of some of my fitness stuff. Those vests always did cause some neck pain and upper back discomfort.
Today I did CDorner high or low impact all standing aerobics, 31 minutes, heart rate 136/162, 212 calories, 4,003 steps. I then did Lauren Senior Shape Strength Training Isometric and balance,41 minutes, 130 calories, heart rate 90/129. Total time spent 72 minutes, 342 calories.

Belinda, good job getting in STS Total Body and today's Zoom Class and Live Pilates Band and Balance. I wonder how you got tear. Do they think the shot will help the tear heal? Are the hip tear and shoulder on the same side? I try to avoid the steroids, but sometimes it is good to get some relief. They do not seem to last long on me.
I got rid of lots of clothes I never wear. I have so much to clear out and get rid of. I had a stack of agenda books from several years. I wonder why I hang onto so much stuff. I am glad that you got your heat up and running. We have snow in the forecast this week. It is cold and my dog wants me to go outside and play. I still have a lot of pain. The doctor had me stop the med I have been taking and says when I come in we can discuss trying a biologic. He did say he could go ahead and prescribe, but I want to talk to him first so will wait till I go for my next appointment.

Jolie, that is a lot of miles of walking. Nice job on the Live Glassboro Road Trip workout. I am sorry your mother got covid and your dad's cancer is back. Getting outside with the long walks is probably good to help you through all of the stress. We may stay at my daughter's house till we get something to move into. They have a gym in their house, and they also have 15 acres to walk on. I could take my dog for a walk in the woods.
 
This morning I did RAW Shadow Boxing 1 and had a really good workout. It's been a while since I've done a boxing workout. I used my 1.5# egg weights. Music sucks in this one, but I love the workout.

Workout was 42 minutes, burned 358 calories, did 3480 steps and HR was 141/177.

Diane - Good workout. I'm sorry you are having issues with your meds. Why can't they get anything right? I'll PM you as soon as I can.

Belinda - YAY for heat!! I can't imagine not having heat in this weather. OMG, we were at fifteen below yesterday. It was downright cold. Good job with your zoom dance workout.

Jolie - I'm so sorry ot hear about the stress you are going through and I'm sorry to hear about your dad's cancer being back. Take care, girl. This is one of the hardest years of our lives with our parents aging. I lost my dad 17 years ago (I can't believe it's been that long) and always worried about my mom. She is slowing down fast and has a hard time doing anything.

Today I did More Lauren workouts. I did a 15 minute cardio for a warm up, 109calories, heart rate 139/174, 15 minute Leg Workout/ Strength, 71 calories, heart rate 94/127, and ended with part of a pilates workout(stopped at the twisting_ and Upper Body Stretch/ Mobility that is osteo friendly and a good one, 26 minutes, 59 calories. Total time was 60 minutes 239 calories.

Leg Workout done in super sets each done twice with a slight change she uses 8 lbs for all of it

Debbie, good job on the Raw Shadow Boxing #1. As far as the meds rheumatologists are pretty much required to try all of the usual group of meds before they move to the biologics. It would be nice to have a doctor that reads my charts and listens when I say I have a problem.

Jolie - sorry to hear your dad’s cancer coming back and your mom has covid. Sorry your going through so much.

Debbie - if they wouldn’t show up I would have gone to a hotel just to stay warm. The heater is working but we have problems with the mother board from the humidifier. The guy came out today. They have to order another mother board. It’s all computerized. At least we have heat. The more I think about getting that shot in my hip the more it scares me. I haven’t made an appointment yet.

Diane - sorry your meds are not working. I am so sick taking all those meds.

Sorry I have been MIA I have a respiratory issue going on zpak prednisone and cough medicine fluid behind my right ear and this weekend it is supposed to absolutely miserable weather wise.

This morning I did Iron 11 - 30 minute Dumbbell Leg Workout. What a workout it was. If my legs aren't in shape by the end of the sixth week of this series, there is no hope for me. I hate working legs but after I start the workout, I end up enjoying it.

Snow is coming to Oklahoma! I do not like cold freezing weather. Today I did Lauren walking workout for stronger bones high and low impact, 34 minutes, 218 calories, heart rate 133/166. I followed with the rest of the workout that I did yesterday. I did not realize she put each section separately or in one 1 hour workout. She just did it for convenience if someone wants shorter. I did the upper body/she calls it arms portion with the stretch/abs ending and some extra stretching, 44 minutes spent but the workout itself was about 30 minutes, 90 calories, heart rate 89/135. Total time was 78 minutes, 308 calories. The walking workout did 60 sec walk/45 sec pick up the pace with additions/ then a higher impact section for 15 sec. the abs had some crunches and side crunches mixed with the stretches. I miss my puzzle mats that I took out of the room for house sale! I have groceries coming at 10 tonight and have to get the house cleaned up since my husband is off tomorrow and we will be busy.

Belinda, nice work on the GS legs and Pilates yesterday and today's zoom dance and Pilates shoulders, mobility, and strength foam roller. I spent last night setting up grocery delivery only to find that there were only two time slots left. Everyone is setting up for the next few days of probably ice and snow and below zero temps.

Triceps Pushups - these were 60 seconds

I stopped early on all these, I was done. Great workout!!

Workout was 41 minutes, burned 227 calories, HR was 110/139.

Diane - Great job on your workout. Sounds like you have a lot going on. We are also in the path of this horrific storm, as well as half of the US!!! I'm thinking I will be working from home on Monday. We are supposed to get about a foot of snow. Hope you guys don't get all the ice they are saying you will get.

Diane - I like going to the grocery store and pick out my own produce. Yeah, I think everyone is getting snow. Our grocery store was out of most things except produce, go figure. I am glad I keep a stocked pantry. I hope you got everything you need.

Today was a Lauren Low Impact Cardio with a 10 minute stretch, 41 minutes, 244 calories, heart rate 130/161. I did not have a lot of time today. I was up way late waiting on grocery deliver because Walmart said delayed 12:10 a.m delivery. Then they messaged and said reschedule or cancel. I was mad. It wasn't snowing yet. I guess they were overloaded with shoppers before the storm. It said they were full up when I tried. I got back online this morning and ordered some things from Whole Foods and had to rush to get dressed before it arrived. 13 degrees and windy right now and my dog thinks it is fun to go outside and play.

Belinda, good job on the live zoom dance and pilates. I keep quite a lot of stuff in stock. I just needed some fresh fruit which Whole Foods is so much better getting good fruits and vegetables. They had my favorite Driscolls Sweetes Batch blackberries in stock so I got two packs. I love those. I couldn't get the Gatorade my husband drinks and low carb ice cream though.

Today I did GS Back, Shoulder & Biceps + Pilates for the lower body.

Diane - I went to Costco today thinking it would be a mad house, I got in and out in less then 20 min. The cashier told me yesterday when they open they had over 400 people. Glad I didn’t went to Costco yesterday. I also stocked up on more fruit and healthy food. No empty shelves.
