Today I did Body Beast Build Shoulders week 2, 39 min, 167 calories. I followed with URX-MT Poly Performance Metabolic Plyometric Circuits with Kelly Roberts, 51 min, 351 calories, max hr 153. I finished with Les Mills Flow 20 min, 60 calories. Total time was 1 hr 50 min and calories burned was 578.

Teddy, I am doing a little more cardio than than the 1 and am adding in flexibility workouts and extra abs. On the final phase(block) which is 4 weeks he does Beast cardio and abs twice on two of the alternating weeks. I heard the workouts are shorter on the other blocks so I know I would have to do something else. Today I wanted more cardio because I ate this salad at Chili's last night and when I got home and checked it was loaded with fat. I felt I needed to burn some of that off. I should have got salmon and broccoli or something.
