Dang, I had one of the best cardio workouts in like forever. I really hit it hard today and I think today was my personal best with my running cardio. I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and every challenge I did was at a faster pace then I've ever done them. I am really proud of myself. I'm actually really liking this running thing lately. This was beyond puke status, this was just one excellent workout. I feel awesome right now!
