Hardcore Fitness Maniacs for week of 3/4

Dang, I had one of the best cardio workouts in like forever. I really hit it hard today and I think today was my personal best with my running cardio. I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and every challenge I did was at a faster pace then I've ever done them. I am really proud of myself. I'm actually really liking this running thing lately. This was beyond puke status, this was just one excellent workout. I feel awesome right now!

This morning, I ended up doing CC#8;) This was not on my schedule but girlie went to happy hours lasts night, got home late and got up late:eek:. I am feeling really tired I'm going to request 1/2 day vacation today.

Another great workout:D I did X Train Hardstrikes mix, no conditioning drills, 34 min, 311 calories. I then did X Train Super Cuts mix second part, 28 min, 192 calories. I followed this with X Train legs standing and delts mix but skipped the warm up, 37 min, 252 calories. Total time was 99 min and calories burned 755. When I wrote this up I did not realize that there was a standing and delt mix otherwise I probably would have eliminated the stretch on Super Cuts to shorten the time a bit.

Quick check in on my way to pick up my sister she's helping me to clean. This morning, I did Legs & Glutes Xtreme, ttyl
 
Today was Combat Upper Body Blow out, 25 min, 192 calories. I then did Combat 30 Live, 33 min, 250 calories. I then did Combat Core Attack 17 min, 92 calories. I followed with X Train 100 rep challenge triceps and laterals, 14 min, 66 calories. This was 89 min, 600 calories. I then did Cathe's Yoga Relax Express 28 min, 68 calories. Total time is 1 hr 57min and calories burned 668.

Roselyn, I have my stuff out to work on next week's rotation. I have a few ideas.

Today is a rest day. I just finished working up my plan for this next week ;)

Monday: Combat 45 Kata, 44min.,X train hardstrikes conditioning drills 12 min, X Train Bi’s and Tri’s timesaver #12 rnds 4-9 35min.. Approx time 91 minutes

Tuesday: Combat Hiit Shock Plyo; X train Cardio Leg blast timesaver rnds 1-6 and core 2, 48 min, X train legs ball and chair only 10 min and 100 rep hip thrust, Approx time 94 minutes.

Wednesday: X Train Low impact Hiit mix 15 double step and discs, 42:28 min, X train Chest, back and shoulders mix# 19 rnds 1-7 45min, 100 rep challenge scarecrows, Approx time 93 minutes

Thursday: Combat 60 Live, 53 min, Burn sets Biceps, 14 min, 100 rep challenge biceps 7 min, Combat Core Attack 17 min, Approx time 91 min.

Friday: X train Low Impact Hiit w/up and floor cardio 18 min, Tabatacise tabatas 4&5( I have not done 5 yet) 13 min, and mix all step blasts only 7 min; X train burn sets chest, shoulders, and triceps no w/up 46 min, 100 rep challenge triceps/ Approx time 91 min.

Saturday: Combat Hiit Power; X Train Cardio Leg Blast mix #19 all cardio blasts no stretch 26 min., X train legs floor and stretch 17 min, X train delt bonus 13 min, 100 rep laterals 6 min. Approx. 89 min.
