Today was cardio and I had one of the best workouts ever. This week was full of excellent workouts so I'm very pleased. I did a Cardio Coach mix I made up and haven't done in a while. Not sure what I was thinking when I made this mix up, it was brutal. It included the 2 - 8 minutes treks from CC #8, the 10 hill/sprint alternating intervails from CC #7 or PP and a 5 - 1 minute sprint w/ 1 minute rest challenge from CC #6 w/Sean. I did well with each challenge and felt really good during the whole workout.

Very happy with these stats! I don't think I've ever burned 600 calories in a workout before and if I did it was eons ago.
