So my alarm clock went off at it's usual 4:30 and I got up with all intentions of working out. Then I realized that my shoulder blade was feeling really good so I didn't want to aggravate it and decided to just go back to sleep for one more day. I will get up tomorrow no matter what I feel like and do something. I just want to give this a chance to get a better. I don't want to be in pain for 6 weeks again.
It was nice sleeping in. I'm raring to go now!
